Horrible customer service, can't seem to ship me t...

Horrible customer service, can't seem to ship me the right item. If you try to get things straightened out they keep shipping the wrong thing! They use a third-party support website that doesn't even tie into their own website, so you've got to start from the beginning and try to explain what your problem is to contact them.

I even completed up a long survey for them that they sent me after my 1st purchase and here we are two weeks later they haven't contacted me needless to say the survey was very detailed in what the problems were and why I wasn't happy, but they either don't read these surveys or don't care!

Long story short is find somebody else to deal with because these folks don't care.

This company is horrible. It doesn't take care of their employees at all (coming from a employee myself) and tries to take advantage of any situation they possibly can. We also just got the news that they are planning to move to Mexico starting in january. So they will NO longer be a American made product. They will be letting go of American workers for cheap Mexican labor and you can expect the same from the quality of their parts.

Already off to a bad start shipping and receiving ...

Already off to a bad start shipping and receiving opens at 7am. I went to check in only to be told to wait on the lady to come and check us in? Really it s 7:30am 30 min later and all they can say is wait on the lady horrible service here unprofessional
I ll update after I m done here which will be awhile because they are slow here I can tell already
