Terrible service. I live 3 hours from the court where I received the citation. So the only option for me to pay was via phone. I did not have the option to pay in person, or via mail to avoid the service fee. I could not mail anything in because they only gave a 1 week court date to appear and with the state of USPS being all backed up due to COVID-19 there was no guarantee it would arrive in time. So I tried to get ncourt to waive the $10 fee or even reimburse me for it. They would not make any accommodations even though my hands were tied and I was forced to pay using their system. The system is flawed when this is the only option an individual has to pay. They need to fix the system, instead of ignoring the problem. They should make accommodations on a case by case situation. This is messed up.

If you want great customer service.... don't use nCourt. Showing up to court and paying the fine is probably the safest way to make sure your ticket gets taken care of. The customer service was terrible and highly unprofessional after the 2nd call to inform them my billing address was incorrect on their email confirmation. Guess that ticket is not getting paid.

>Needed to pay Chelan County District Court

>Needed to pay Chelan County District Court
>Try to find a way via their website
>End up finding a payment clerk, but unsure if it was the one I needed
>they use nCourt
>Can pay online or call a number, so I call to clarify if I reached the right clerk
>On hold for ~10 minutes
>Reach someone, tell them what I'm trying to pay who for, ask if I'm at the right place, person says 'yes' with obvious lack of confidence
>Get charged $8 for a $100 credit card charge (w h a t)
>Phone call ends, get email immediately that says the payment didn't go through [because it was the wrong clerk]
>refund takes multiple days to come back to card, $8 fee not refunded

Experience was so bad that it's kind of hilarious- considering it's not that big of a deal in the end.
Who charges $8 to run a credit card? Lol.

Customer services screamed "Stop it!" over the phone (as if playing with coworker) and hung up in my face. Called again and they said our customer services doesn't service your area and gave no reciprocity....
