Awful experience TBH, find every reason to over charge. Wouldn t recommend it

Awful experience having just switched from Admiral to them! After accepting me for insurance, they have sent messages asking for driving license documents (never been asked this before). They have added an admin fee which was not disclosed before, and despite providing everything they wanted I received a letter dated 20th Dec (but received over 1 wk later) that they are going to cancel my policy unless I upload these documents on their CS portal (which I have already done!!). Been on hold for 1 hr for over customer service, no-one picks up... how the hell am I meant to get this sorted when you are so incompetent?! AVOID AVOID AVOID this company - really not worth the hassle.

Sold me car insurance from a scam company Tansar / Action 365 and won't take responsibility. What's the point in selling car insurance when you need the company they ignore all contact and don't do anything? TPC40004484 is the policy number.

Absoulte thieves, take 3 years worth of premiums, then mess you around for 3 months, and do their everything to avoid paying out. Scum

So I insured a fiesta with this company my car broke so I tried to swap to a mini cooper and was refused cos my car was a higher spec. They forced me to cancel my policy and now trying to charge me money because of this. Will be seeking advice 60 quid Is a lot of money. I even explained I lost my job due to corona virus didnt seem interested. So taken a policy else where and will he seeking legal action against this company
