Awful experience having just switched from Admiral...

Awful experience having just switched from Admiral to them! After accepting me for insurance, they have sent messages asking for driving license documents (never been asked this before). They have added an admin fee which was not disclosed before, and despite providing everything they wanted I received a letter dated 20th Dec (but received over 1 wk later) that they are going to cancel my policy unless I upload these documents on their CS portal (which I have already done!!). Been on hold for 1 hr for over customer service, no-one picks up... how the hell am I meant to get this sorted when you are so incompetent?! AVOID AVOID AVOID this company - really not worth the hassle.
