Worst branch and bank, just to update iqama renewal you have to take token and wait for hourssssssssssss. Other banks are offering just online update no need to visit branch. Please make online update facility otherwise everyone will close NCB account. My manager already closed his NCB account because of this.

I do not recommend anyone to open an account in Ahli Bank because it is bad deal and the worst ATM machines have no respect for the client and no appreciation of the auditors I hope the Ministry of Monetary Affairs to do the solution of this bank

A good facility, ground floor is mostly dedicated for loans and credit cards, and the first floor for the transactions and customer service. Token has to be taken from the ground floor and wait for ur turn. The facility also has 4 ATMs, 2 at both ends are deposits and withdrawals and the middle ones are withdrawals only.
