I try to getting fuel advance and they don't want to give me anything they told me the company policy is not letting us to give fuel advance on new carriers and I already delivered his load and still don't want to give any money, They don't give quick pay to new carriers neither is all i have to said

Great place to be, I've been a few places, and I must say the professionalism by Matt and Megan, is by far the best I've ever experienced, they listen to you, work with you. If you're willing to run they will run you, it's unfortunate that I have to leave, family related reasons, but I would do work there again. I encourage others to do the same, if you have a issue take it to them, they actually fix it. Great ppl. Thank you Navajo I'll miss a few of you.

We were not able to make an on-time delivery becau...

We were not able to make an on-time delivery because of the circumstances which did not depend on us. The driver was terribly delayed at the receiver. I did call the broker to inform her but no one picked up, voicemail service did not work. I emailed them but no answers to email as well, they do not have an after-hours team ready to assist in emergencies. Next morning I got an email from them suggesting that the driver should deliver straight through. However, taking into account our deadhead, loading time and receiving hours my driver would not be able to do it. Moreover, he had been in hospital two weeks before and had to follow up doctor's appointment, so we had to cancel the load to make sure the driver will make his appt. They have no regard for a person's well being. They don't care if the driver dies as long as he delivers their load. Or they will write bunch of make up all that they possibly can and freithguard and they write as ew had appointment try to resolve it with management but i think they have made up people as i was not able to get in touch with nobody

If your a driver looking for a job. Don't not go to this company! I worked with them for 2 weeks and I had to quit! They charge u for everything. By the time u get ur check it feel like u working for nothing and as a slave for them. They have no respect for their drivers they speak to them in any type of way. They don't stay on top of things as long as it don't hurt them. Meaning they don't look out for their drivers best interest. I can go on about more but they ain't even worth my time just looking out for my fellow drivers who looking for jobs not to go there. They are very wicked

Nobody stays long... only two keys for hundreds of trucks. Things... like magic disappear. Deferred maintenance is a profit center day after day. When drivers just leave unsafe trailers at the Costco DC for the next trip - it is a bad culture, because you are loaded and the time clock starts. They get rid of you... by refusing to put safety equipment on the trucks as required by Colorado laws. ( That is how Howard the Coward works...) They also have very arrogant driver managers ( Megan ) who call into your rest time or complain when you don t answer, WHAT ?
And, they cheat your pay and no detail on any payroll, but, lie,,, about part time Bridget who hangs up the phone or is too busy to fix your Costco payroll cheats.

Yes my husband worked for this company and did what was asked even making deliveries on sleeper time...uhm ya not kewl have herd through many drivers they do the same!!Drivers drive and make deliveries on time and NOT PAID for the miles driven!!!We have bought not 1 but 2 permits cause the trailers were expired and we were not paid back for out of pocket cost of these permits!!!!When the drive managers call they yell and say the drivers are disrespectful the while threading not to give loads until they meet!!Ya sometimes the drivers on HOME TIME are taken time with families as it should be!!!Just saying if the drivers do their job why not pay them all they are owed?????????My family paid for the permits and what we just GIVE that to a company that doesn't ensure trailers are licenced????We work hard for what we have to be taken from a company that can more afford the cost of the license for their trailers!!!Now cause of the permit and not being paid for all the miles/trips my husband drove my daughter that r relies on our income for life saving meds what goes without???Wow how kewl thanks alot!!Oh and how can a driver be paid for trips not yet done???Oh that's what he was told!!So again why is it ok for a company to take advantage of their workers????These drivers work hard for all of us and should be treated with respect not taken for granted or their families they work hard to support!!!Just one drivers wife's concerns am sure it'll be over looked just like the needs of emplyees....thanks for the added stress of your employee acting like a boss not a manger or coworker!!!

Yesterday I had one of their drivers tailgate me, he was about seven miles over the speed limit and wanted me to get out of his way. I moved over as not to be in a terrible accident and he tailgated the next car. I took some photographs of his tractor trailer an cab and will report him. We do not need truck drivers like this on our roads. This instance happened in Spokane Valley on I-90.

We delivered a load for Navajo on the weekend on Saturday night and send lumper receipt on Tuesday morning. They refused to reimburse it because it was not send within 24 hours from delivery. Honest companies don't do that, only fraudulent like this one. Avoid doing business with these thieves.

I recently worked for Navajo, and that was 1 month that I'm sorry to say I will never get back. First off, all I got from them was one lie after another. No support from dispatch. They don't even listen to messages that you leave for them to return a phone call. Right off the bat, they put me in a wrecked truck, over due for a PM, the engine lite on, and even expected me to drive it into Az with no A/C, in July! They don't want the drivers to go home, yet you can not make your truck your home either. When I went to talk to the HR manager, she simply told me that she didn't want to hear it...
Not a company I would recommend, unless your only goal in life is to be a steering wheel holder.

We booked a load with Sherrell Walker heading from Marathon, Wi to Coca, Fl for a reefer shipment. When we had agreed on the rate and also sent in our paperwork to set up we never received our rate confirmation until it was resent hours later. She decided to report us to freight guard under the notation that we shopped out her load and we were unethical. We were not sure if the load was a good load. We decided to send our driver to Nj instead. We only found out we were on the load when the driver was called but no confirmation was ever sent nor any p/o numbers. The load was scheduled to pick up March 11, 2020. Be careful as they accuse you and blame you for their wrong doings. First thing for them to do is report you to freight guard. We have proof that we were put on a different load hours after they didn t reach out. Trucking companies be careful of these guys and their shady practices.

It was a good company to work for. It was not perfect, but no organization is. I worked for Navajo from 2013 - 2015 and again in 2018, I don't have any real complaints. If you are a driver, I would suggest that you take a hard look at your work ethic, listen to your driver managers, manage your time, and you will make money. Many drivers have very unreal expectations, you can't make money if you don't take loads.

However, once again - we have it IN WRITING on the email that we did notified them. Called them few times - they hung up on us. Horrible, dishonest. stay away of such a BS company

WE booked the reefer load with Navajo. Broker said delivery on Saturday, appt was scheduled for Friday, temp -10 cont. We called them all weekend no one answered, all Monday they ignored all our calls, finally they replied that new delivery on Wednesday. Truckers and Customers AVOID this company, they gonna lie to you, dont answer the phone. After all they put a comment on carrier 411 before we made the delivery saying we didnt deliver the load! Matt the manager is unprofessional, layer, and rude person, helpless, he just dont care!

I lasted with this company for a little over three months. Support is terrible, trying to get help with breakdowns is virtually impossible. I lost four tires in my career span there and three were within two weeks. First trip out had coolant light issues on the way to SLC, three times on side of road for over a half hour wait each time. There motto is they value their employees but I don't buy that. A successful company will reach out to their employees to try to learn what needs improvement. But at Navajo you are just a number.

Its a terrible place to start a trucking career. Denver is infested with bed bugs and Diggbys trucks are also because he uses hotels that have bed bugs for student driver orientation The company tried to make me think it was because I had tranfered bugs from one truck to another.That's 3 trucks I know of with bed bugs. Then took my pay and called it a advance for my stay at bug infested hotels because I decided to quit while waiting for the truck I was driving to be heat treated which they never did correctly. DO NIT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I lost everything I had inside the Navajo truck due to bed bugs and Don Diggby Jr. Or his dad didn't even reimburse me for my property.

I would like to inform everyone of an incident that occurred on I 25 south bound near the 470 last night being Monday january 22nd at about 9 pm. I was traveling cady corner behind one of your trucks number 1104 to be exact. When he hit some bumps in the road and a bunch of ice came off the top of his truck 2 very large pieces hitting my windshield. I was able to get the driver to pull over after taking pictures of his truck and shining a flashlight at the cab. I was on the phone with your dispatch at the time. We pulled off at 104th st and I told him what had happened, also trying to explain to the driver that it wasn't his fault it could happen to anyone after a winter storm. At which point he asked to see the damage. We walked to my truck and I showed him the severe cracks in my windshield. He remarked that he did not believe me and went back to his truck! Very in happy with the experience I asked him if that was all he had to say? The door slammed so, since I was on my way to work I got back in my truck and continued to explain the situation to the dispatch. To no avail. He told me to contact the safety department today. Which I plan to do but I feel I may be getting the run around.

NEVER EVER HAUL FOR THIS BROKER EVEN THERE ARE NO LOADS, SAY NO TO THEM. We just did a load for this company and booked with McKenzie Moss. We agreed to pickup Friday in CA and deliver in Denver on Monday but when my driver checked in for delivery he was told that his delivery is next day at 07:00 am. When i tried to contact no one answered my call, i emailed Mckenzie he didn't even replied, There after hrs or day service is really bad. Your phone is just ringing even it's day or night time doesn't matter. When i got hold of Mckenzie then he said he sent an email to the customer and waiting for their reply and after that i never got hold of him until next day around noon. When i asked to pay extra money for lay over and apart from that receiver took too long to unload my driver, then he just paid $150 that's it, for his waiting period near 31 hrs. I sent him multiple emails regarding lay over and detention he never replied and i never got hold of him over the phone. So i don't recommend this company to work with. I don't even want to give a single star. There should be option for negative stars.

Hauled their 650 mile load 3 days, waited 8.5 hours at shipper to get loaded, waited 9 hours at deliver. Load delivered next day. Confirmation is useless, nothing is true on it, call shippers and receivers to check pick up and delivery dates. Says 5 PM delivery but they start to unload at midnight only. They don't unload during the day. Definitely will not haul with them again. Complete mess and none of the brokers can help you, been calling my broker all day he doesnt answer. Shame I just set up with you and will most likely never use you again. DID NOT PAY DETENTION OR REIMBURSE LUMPER FEE.

Poor carrier support and poor ability to resolve the problems. Booked load to pickup 7pm on 02/24 driver and trailer still at shipper 11.21am 02/25
Shipper advising that they have no space and equipment to load the trailer but broker is not willing to pay TONU. They don't know how long it will take to load the trailer and how we will driver to delivery 1248 miles in 1 day but they for sure know how to accuse the carrier and tell him that they are tired to deal with carriers and problems at all.

Our company is working on a load for this company and Navajo Express Inc have been nothing but unprofessional. We have been reporting everything to them but they don t seem to care at all. Our driver is using the app he was sent to so they keep on tracking them yet, they failed to communicate back with receiver. The shipper had rescheduled the delivery appt. but Navajo provided false information within the rate confirmation stating that the delivery appt was for 11/6/20 but shipper had rescheduled it for 11/10/20. Carriers, Do not work with this company if you don t want a headache.

I work for Navajo Express and I can say that it has it's ups and downs. It really depends on the driver for the most part. When you have drivers in Denver but not enough in Utah to take every load it's impossible to make that happen. And as far as being behind schedule a lot of things can happen over the sum of 450 miles. Fatigue. Flat tire, accidents, high winds and light high profile loads don't go hand in hand. I have driven Costco runs for a little under a year now and I have a three year old son and a hard working wife. Sometimes things come up like family emergencies and they do work with you even if its under a day notice as long as they have time to figure something out. No company is perfect but they're not bad. They do care about the drivers more than the load and that's why you'll hear a lot of smack talk about loads being late. Drivers first load second. But people receiving that don't have to worry about the driver so they care about the load. That's business. But in the times we live in with the trucker bloodbath as their calling it with a lot of companies closing their doors. All in all it's about your consistency with work and attitude. And keep your driving records clean. If I ever leave I will put in a month notice to leave on good terms and to be able to come back and I will surely miss Navajo. The only bad thing I have to say is my buddy was given an ultimatum to leave or get rid of his kittens that he rescued. Breaks my heart when animals can keep a driver in good mind and company when they're out on the road.. Be seeing you out on 80 my friend.. Peace truck 1200 from truck 1251.

These people are so rude, call them and get to voice mail, wait for a call back after 6 hours you don't hear back so you call the front office, they transfer you back to where you just were. If you get dispatch on the phone specifically Jordan, he's horrible rude and just hangs up on you. I understand people are busy but this is no way to run a company, after today I don't think we will.

I flew in for orientation on a Sunday and had a medical emergency that required me to be hospitalized for a week. The company flew me back home the next day without any difficulties. I look forward to getting healed and being able to be apart of the team. Every one I dealt with was professional and respectful. Thanks everyone in recruiting.

Just had a confrontation with one of your drivers parked on a residential street in Olathe, KS since this morning 2/11/18. Terribly rude - he urinated in the backyard of the house across the street from me. I have his DOT number and a video with your company logo all across it, with expletives utilized in the encounter. Very disappointing! My grandfather was a trucker for 40 years and raised a family of 10. Never would he be so disrespectful.

Terrible communication between departments. They are terrible at timing on their dispatching, they want you to be on time but if a shipper has you scheduled for 10:00 am and you don't get the dispatch until 2:00 pm and when you get there you catch hell from shipper for being late. They rely too much on computer data and not human intuition to coordinate logistics. they have screwed me out of over $500 in technicalities, unload pay, layover pay, I put in my macro 7's for delay and hours later a loaded call and on payday NO LAYOVER PAY! If you like running 24/7 no time to shower or enjoy life and want 3K - 3500 miles per week then this company is for you. Late every time getting me home, even completely losing my time off request and complained to me about putting in the computer for time off when I did??? Worked through Thanksgiving, got a dispatch to a place on Thanksgiving day that was closed, sat most of the day before getting another, had time off approved for Christmas and pre-planned, 4 days before they had me on the east coast and said I had to work until the 26-27th before getting home. I had plans for and approved 23-26 off... This company rates a -1 on my 1 - 10 list of best companies to work for...
