My brand new home started leaking water through the roof, the down lights. As well as the smoke detectors. Do not use this builder ever as I now have to pay for all of the repairs out of my own pocket.

If this builder is constructing any new development on a property next to your then raise several objections based on our experience at 103 Park Crescent Williamstown North VIC.
While redevelopment at the next door, the whole fence has broken down due to construction activities, multiple dig ups.
Our lounge room window glass broke because the dispersed gravel slipped under the truck tyre and flung on to our window.
During slab pouring, excess concrete was poured near their driveway. The distributor hose went out of control and thus splashed liquid cement on our front black metal fence. The black metal fence is now covered with cement stains which looks disgusting.
One of their heavy haulage truck was parked on the nature strip in front of our house that destroyed the nature strip and created cavities.
The construction has taken almost 2 years, still not complete. It has resulted in so much dust around our house that sometimes we have breathing problem.
Soil from their land is getting spread across everywhere with environmental contamination and weeds spread to our home.
The workers leave their rubbish in the open area which gets spread along Park Crescent and our home during windy days.
The site supervisor was receptive whom said he will fix everything after the construction but the OWNER said "It is NOT my fault. DO WHATEVER YOU want to do". The owner said I should have taken photographs or tell the workers directly.
When rung the council, they said we should lodge our complaint to the VCAT. Why should I waste my time for the builders arrogance and lack of professionalism.
The Environmental authority and the Worksafe shall take actions against this builder's unprofessional work practice and creating community problems.
House purchaser - BEWARE - I have not seen worst quality than this constructed house. I have seen so much of negligence by the builder during the last 2 years of construction. If somebody ask me, I will say don't buy a house built by this builder.

Absolute shockers- can t build a house. After a few months of moving into my new home+ found out that the criminals at Nava homes left my roof unfinished (causing major water to get in) which have caused mould and electrical damage.
Heater too small to heat house.
Water getting in from every window.
Smoke detectors not properly installed.
Drainage not correctly installed causing major flooding.
Cabinetry damaged and not installed properly.
Also no electrical certificates or plumbing certificated registered. (This is how bad their work is)
Floorboards end job very uneven and damaged timber used.
Tiles chipped and damaged.
Doors unevenly painted.
No tap installed in kitchen.
Walls not painted properly.
Brickwork not washed.
Stair case not installed correctly leaving huge gaps between each step.
Wardrobe shelves not installed.
External doors not sealed as rain is getting in.
Oven is sticking out 10cm from the cupboards (not flush)
They have had heaps of VCAT hearings and have four at the moment going through the system.
The arrogant director Vince Narda doesn t come back to fix defects, and is allowed to still build.
Beware of these criminals who all themselves builders.
