Nautilus was contracted for a courtyard remodel, roofing and patio remodel worth hundreds of thousands in San Diego and has proven to be incapable of delivering on time or on budget.
Thankfully, everything has been carefully documented on camera for the past few months for future litigation if needed. Save yourself the trouble and don't give them the opportunity to fail on their promises.
As a previous community manager, I cannot say enough good things about this company, their professionalism and attention to detail. I used Nautilus as a vendor when I was community manager and they also worked on the community I live in. Their homeowner liaisons were extremely communicative and provided accurate information and updates throughout the entire project! It made an otherwise intrusive project seem bearable. I would definitely hire them if i had the opportunity again!
They were hired to do a repairs to 300 plus homes in San Clemente. They sub the work to Apex contracting and restoration. Apex employs drug addicts, theives and incompetent people. Don't hire Nautilus unless they break ties with Apex. Don't take a chance with your investment, your life, your family. Look elsewhere
