Thankfully a passerby recognised my car and interviened. Else it would be gone. She brought the guy tools to open the car without any form of ID or contacting the police. Incompetent.

I have been renting at one of your apartments, as per contract it says you guys take 3 months for security deposit to be paid back, now its the 5th month and everytime I been lied to when I call, and my emails doesn't get responded to! I was there last week and suddenly no-one was at office
I've emailed Moemina and Natasha regarding a rental query 2 weeks ago. They have apparently forwarded the query to the owner and are awaiting feedback.
Does it really take this long to get a simple response?
Are my concerns not important?
Really very disappointed.
