Called out a tech to change a dead battery and do preventative maint. Tech punctured the radiator and claimed it "just happend". Charges us $1,900 for the service and denied any responsibility. Now sending us to collections, LOL not a great company to work for, they do not value their customers. Stay AWAY!

I have a skyjack lift , service guy came out for two days and did nothing to fix my lift, all he did was spill 3 gallons of oil on the new cement floor and lost a piece of a valve and turned around a valve block after we told him not to because it hits the frame and will break, he did it anyway, so they cost me $650.00 to get the cement floor cut out and redone, $129.00 for 5 gallons of oil, and $89.00 for a new elbow for the valve block., 3 people told me that they were sorry it happened and they would take care of the invoice. that was over a year ago, now I get a letter from their accounting manager, I call him , I ask him does he want to know about what happened he says no, then he says he will talk to the service manager and see what he could do, 5 days later I get a letter from their lawyers, funny thing is I never told them I would not pay it, just listen to what happened, and they have had my credit card number from day one, what a screwed up company

I was quoted 150.00 for a service call to fix my golf cart. Service was here for less then an hour. Fixed some loose wires.. I was charged 443.27. What a RIP off. Naumann/Hobbs can not be trusted. I will put my experience with this company on Facebook.
