Sofa ordered before the lockdown, we wait patiently for better times, after 4 phone calls from them, on the verge of stalking, in which they ask us to deliver the sofa (we had other deliveries of furniture in the same days, as said several times); we agree on a date, two thugs show up at the appointment who barely say hello, and obviously refuse any offer of courtesy, water, coffee etc ...
we are at the beginning of July in full phase three, these come into our house DROPPING WITH SWEAT, T-SHIRTS FRADICE, AND WITHOUT ANY PROTECTION PROVIDED BY THE ANTI-COVID REGULATION, NO GLOVES, NO MASK.
They hurry to "sbolognare" this sofa, this was the impression;
they eliminate the cellophane with the cutter, obviously given the unhygienic situation, we keep a safe distance, when the inevitable comes and one of them DROPS SWEAT ON OUR NEW SOFA !!!!!!!
Horrified I point it out to him, the stain was also left, he annoyed replies: LADY MICA WE CAN AVOID SWEATING! he doesn't even apologize, but he asks me for a damp cloth and the hair dryer to remove the stain, it remains disgusting if you allow.
I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IF IN HIS HOUSE SHE SITS ON THE SOFA OR WALKS THROUGH SWEAT HOUSE.
At this point we will liquidate them as soon as possible, obviously keeping a safe distance.
after only two days, we realize that on a session you see TWO HOLES LIKE A STAPLER, there is a guarantee, we think, we immediately contact the store, either by phone or by email, they only answer by phone that we should have reported on the delivery note THIS DAMAGE, AND AS WE HAVE AGREED TO PAY A HELMET POLICY AGAINST ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES, WE COULD CONTACT THIS COMPANY, IN A FEW WORDS UNLOAD THE BARREL INTO THE FULL OF OUR CONSUMER RIGHTS.
Confident we report the same anomaly in an official way by certified e-mail, after days still no one has deigned to answer us in writing.
I DON'T WANT TO THINK THAT THIS IS THE WAY OF WORKING IN TARANTO, UNTIL YOU ARE IN NEGOTIATION WITH MAXIMUM AVAILABILITY AND THEN THEY DOWNLOAD YOU.
WE DO NOT COMPLAIN ... THEY ARE PAINTED AS A PREMIUM BRAND BUT PREMIUM THEY HAVE ONLY THE PRICE, THE NEXT SOFA I GET FROM THE CHINESE, SO AT LEAST I DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING.

Very friendly staff, I was served by Mr. Antonio, given the similarity, I think is the son of the owner, a very professional and nice person.
