DO NOT PAY YOUR BOGUS PARKING TICKET! Call 311 to make a complaint. Don't waste your time calling them or paying a reduced fee. This company extorts it's it's own paying customers!
$75 ticket. Dont really know the reason why. Did everything I was supposed to. Paid my $15. Now i know why there was so many open spaces. Dont use again.
Don't use this lot. Even if you pay and enter your license number they will still ticket you $75 if you forget to leave the receipt on your dash. What's the point of entering your license number if you still have to put the receipt on your dash?
Accidentally mistyped my license plate # in the machine and got a $75 ticket. I provided a picture of my receipt as well as proof of payment from a bank statement but they were still unwilling to waive the ticket - absolutely ridiculous. This is predatory business practice, do not support them.
Don't park here. Got a ticket at 8:30am on Memorial Day when the lot was empty. Tried to contest it, but they didn't care. Plus, broken glass and trash was everywhere. Avoid and park somewhere else.
