Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center Review

Went here for a convention. The venue was very nice and clean. We didn't interact with the hotel staff at all, but the event staff was very friendly and helpful.

Was there for a company holiday party. Staff were friendly and helpful. Building was clean. Very nice experience.

I went there for a conference. The conference rooms were well set up.

I can only speak for the conference center as I have not stayed there overnight. The facilities are very lovely and well kept. The staff was friendly and very attentive.

Had a great stay. The room was large and clean, and the staff was very helpful.

Nice hotel. Different other hotels layout.Excellent, clean, comfortable, with wonderful customer service.

Stayed in a King Suite. A set of doors are there between living space and bedroom. Clean and very nice housekeepers. Spaceous business working space. TVs in living and bedroom. Thermostats control each room. Refridge, microwave, coffee and tea. My only complaint is that there isnt much between the bathroom area and bedroom so if you are brushing teeth or using the hairdryer, you will disturb who is sleeping in that suite.

Great Facilities for Wedding or other functions with hotel. Hidden away from the road with great access to US23 and I270.Great Food and Service.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was beautiful, the indoor pool was a little small for the amount of people that were using it but other than that it was clean and warm. The outdoor pool was very clean and sits perfectly on the property. The elevators were a little too rickety for my taste. Kurig in the room worked great. Bed and was so comfortable! I felt really at home.And the breakfast was ok to my taste. Overall it was a great stay

A very well appointed hotel with very clean rooms and good service. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend making sure you have purchased the breakfast buffet- it is a diverse hot breakfast that will save you some time in the morning before you start your day.

Good for the area. Nothing wrong with the place. Customer service during breakfast could have been better.

We had a block of rooms at the hotel for my son's wedding. I was highly disappointed with the check in desk. We blocked rooms and guests were told they weren't available and they made them take suites at higher prices. The rooms were very clean and great size. The banquet side was outstanding
I wouldn't recommend the hotel, but highly recommend the conference center.

Beautiful venue for a wedding and reception. Staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone at the event got what they needed.

We (2 adults and 2 kids) have stayed at probably half a dozen or so different hotels and this is the one. We will be back! We come to Ohio every 2-4 mo and this is definitely the best one so far. Staff is nice. Rooms are roomy. The pub is delicious - I recommend the veggie burger! Yum! The grounds are beautiful and the outdoor pool is the reason we booked here and it didn t disappoint. Great location and just overall great. Downside is that there isn t a coffee shop and playground on the grounds that would have made it better.

Nice room. We had a balcony. Didn't check out the pool. Liked the breakfast buffet.

Dinner was very good, the venue was a great setting for a wedding.

A wonderful facility. Great meals and snacks, easy to hear during sessions, easy to get to location.

You will not be disappointed at this venue. Spacious modern and beautifully Maintained buildings and grounds. The food is great, and the staff is even more so. I attended conferences so I haven't seen the rooms. I can say that I look forward to doing future activities there. I'd give it 4 stars!

Staff was friendly and nice unless asked for extraneous things that I figured would be available.

The service was fine. The bed wasnt anything spectacular but not bad. Though we had a king sized bed and they oddly matched 1 king sized pillow to 3 standard. The ac was extremely noisy and made it hard to sleep. The bathroom was small with not enough room for 2 people at the same time. The toilet was oddly placing and blocking the tub. The shower was not like it was shown in any of the pictures. It was much smaller. The refrigerator was extremely small. We couldn't even fit our leftovers from dinner in it. The price was reasonable though but I would stay at a holiday inn instead

We had a company Christmas party. The facilities were very nice. Dinner was catered with several buffet style food stations. There did was good.

Outstanding hotel, service was great and so was the food.

I visited the bar in the evening, great service and a fun atmosphere

The conference rooms were big ans clean. Everything was wonderful. Its a lil hard to find due to the road not beinf clearly marked.

No parking available and the portion of the building we were in was not air conditioned.

It was a really nice hotel. I use to be a housekeeper myself so my only complaint for that is the windows weren't clean. But that's no biggie. I didn't like being woke up to being able to hear everybody upstairs or outside my room walking down the hall way to breakfast or to check out. But can't do much about that. Overall it was a nice stay. I would stay there again.

Great conference venue. No issues arose while I was there.

The venue was updated and modern, but was cramped. The hallways were hard and confusing to navigate, especially with as many people as were in attendance. Also, too few bathrooms.

Wonderful place for the wedding. The grounds are beautiful. The pub is a nice place with good Ohio state atmosphere.

I have to say how thoroughly impressed I was by the Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center. As a former catering director, I always use a keen eye in reviewing events and especially weddings. Nationwide was superb. The flatware and plates were impeccably spotless. The tables were dressed immaculately. Staffing was knowledgeable and quick with service. The food was delicious, steak tender and sides well matched. The outside of the venue was well maintained and the interior set up perfectly. Not knowing the costs I cannot inform the reader on the dollars to investment quotient, but I can tell you they did everything right. Well done Nationwide.

Really nice spot for a corporate meeting. Beautiful grounds, good food.

Beautiful Place to Stay but make sure there not having a wedding or conference the night you stay. Lots of drunks in hallways at 2am till almost 3 am, called front desk but nothing was done.

Overbooked and under staffed. Price was fair but service was lacking

Nice conference center/event venue. There is a hotel also although I ve only used the conference facilities. Food service is quite good as well. It s a bit far from downtown Columbus, which is my reason for four stars.

Very nice hotel right off of 23. Clean, comfortable, and affordable. Outside of downtown but still a close drive to everything. We had a show we went to at the shottenstein and it was only about 10 or 15 minutes away. Polaris is also very close only a couple miles away if you are looking for things to do.

Fantastic Hotel for both business and pleasure. I have had the opportunity to stay here several times a year for several years now and always enjoy the experience. The conference areas are great, staff make sure all needs are met. The hotel rooms are well kept and the hotel staff are also great! 10/10 would stay here for business or leisure. The only downside I've encountered is the wifi in the hotel rooms. It works great in the gym, awesome gym by the way, and all of the public areas. But 10 or so times I've stayed here I've only had good wifi in my room once or twice. Because of this I've had to do work after meetings in the public areas. Speaking of which, the public areas in the conference center are also great and there are a nice variety of setting to use.
