We have been with NVA for a year and a half. So far, it has been a good experience. Their claim department is efficient and fast, list of in-network providers is pretty extensive (for our area anyway), and customer care helpful (we only called them once). So far, so good...

What a great company! NVA is customer service-oriented and their people are great! They also use US-based customer service reps available 24/7! Not too common in this day and age. As a broker, I like their customizable benefit plans.
Website cannot be loaded 11/18/2016; at the same time, customer service number is not reachable. What kind of company? Is it a real business? Unfortunately,this is my employer provided insurance.
The rep I spoke with at NVA was very helpful. She directed me to an eye doctor that offers a large of selection of frames that are completely covered by my benefit. I bought my glasses and had money left over for a cup of coffee.
