Firstly, If you need to book Vande Bharat Phase VI flight tickets, better to directly approach Air India Office, behind Commercial Bank of Oman (Through the Back gate, as the Front Gate is closed).

Do not waste your time, effort and energy in visiting this NTT office (Wattayah) because there is a Bossy guy in a tie who thinks he runs the whole nation and does not have the basic etiquette to address the problems of people in distress. He is very rude, unaccommodating and unethical. To my knowledge, he is not fit for the job and he needs further training in soft skills. Avoid this place and go directly to Air India Office behind CBO. Trust me, you dont want to ruin your mood.

I don't understand why people are giving positive reviews unnecessarily.

Very bad service. you are not returning our money... we canceled iur tickets for air india flight which was on 24 sep 2020.. air india refunded all 105rial but you money eater disgusting people are saying that we will only get 12 rial.. our next flight is on 26th from oman.. and u people are teasing for the money.. again and again telling us that come tomorrow come that time...

Lunch time is 13.00 to 14.30 which is not informed to you in the mail you received for repatriation flights. You will have to wait outside the office and its very hot. If you are going to buy ticket for repatriation flight go early morning.

Very worst experience ever... instead of providing...

Very worst experience ever... instead of providing tickets directly to passengers they are providing to other travel agents on commission basis.
Three times I tried by travelling from long distance approx travelling 70 km..but didn't work out.. finally done by a travel agent on phone..
But paid more money...
