This company was good when I first got there and no one there has been there more than 5yrs. The company micromanages since new management was hired. It is always so cold that employees have blankets, heaters, gloves, sweaters and even coats. The company sets high standards with low pay and hires people with little to no experience and the few good workers go unappreciated. The company has a BIG turnover and hires almost every week to replace.Training is a joke! I would not recommend this place on my worst enemy. They tell you that they are working to become the best place to work in San Antonio....LOL!! Benefits are not that good and its like pulling teeth to get a requested day off.. You are interviewed by three or four persons at one time including management that is not even in your department. Its just plain old Favoritism and prejudice. This is the worst place to work in San Antonio.

I was contacted by two hiring managers from National Neuromonitoring which is also Acquisition Billing Services, I was told to submit my resume and they would contact me right after. After I submitted my resume and application I was never contacted and this happened on two seperate occasions. If this type of inconsistency is how National Neuromonitoring operates than I don't want to be apart of it. I have the certifications and experience for the positions and my resume is constantly overlooked for no apparent reason. According to the reviews from employees that work here, it's not too good of a place to work anyway.

P.S. You can tell that the review on here made by Shawn Sande is obviously a manager at National trying to make the company look good. What a joke!

If I were to describe this company with one word that word would be NEPOTISM. And it is rampant here! If you are not a wife, a husband, a son, a daughter, a brother, a sister, a lover, or a friend, etc... of someone who works here and is part of the management clique, the chances are you won't be considered for advancement and will always get the short end of the stick! And in this company nepotism is taken to a whole new level.., discriminatory, to all those who are unrelated. I am no longer a part of this mess and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

National has always followed through on their promises to me. I have been able to achieve many of my goals within this company. I would highly recommend any potential candidates to consider working for us as we are a very close group and take care of our own. I really feel the company has not only my interests in mind but also my family s.

National is a great place to work with a familial vibe and startup mentality. Employees are treated with respect and empowered to make critical decisions on their own, because senior management has demonstrated trust in their middle managers, and they in turn trust their direct reports. I don t think I ve ever worked for an organization where I felt more welcomed and where my skills and talents were more valued. National offers all the usual good perks (health, dental, vision, 401k match), along with a pretty good PTO policy. No matter your specialty clinical, technical, or professional National is a great place to plant your flag and do great work for a great company.
