This company was good when I first got there and no one there has been there more than 5yrs. The company micromanages since new management was hired. It is always so cold that employees have blankets, heaters, gloves, sweaters and even coats. The company sets high standards with low pay and hires people with little to no experience and the few good workers go unappreciated. The company has a BIG turnover and hires almost every week to replace.Training is a joke! I would not recommend this place on my worst enemy. They tell you that they are working to become the best place to work in San Antonio....LOL!! Benefits are not that good and its like pulling teeth to get a requested day off.. You are interviewed by three or four persons at one time including management that is not even in your department. Its just plain old Favoritism and prejudice. This is the worst place to work in San Antonio.
