It was a worst experience ever. The whole system set up like a fraud. They didnt perform the system check on their end till my exam day, they have only 1 person answering all phone lines, they used my exam time to check the area of my house for 40!!! minutes and then abruptly stopped session with no explanation, i was not able to reach anyone over the phone anymore, and I m not able to re-schedule my test! However they took money from my bank account. I Am filing a complain against them. It is unacceptable way to treat customers.
