National field representatives Reviews

One of your field representatives committed theft in our home. The representative Johnny Ramirez based out of Sparta New Jersey came to our home to conduct an insurance inspection on behalf of Cenlar Mortgage. He stole property from my home, admitted to stealing the property and it has been recorded. We are pursuing criminal charges against this individual, notifying the state, attorney general, and other relative agencies. There is a level of liability and responsibility that your company has and we intend to pursue them against NFR and Cenlar with legal representation. We are utilizing many social media outlets to let companies and the customers be aware of this level of victimization. We asked the Wayne Police Department to notify the Newspaper and PATCH for community awareness.

If I could give them a negative star I would. I'm from a contractor company. They approve work and REFUSE to come and do a final inspection so my company can get paid for the work we did. They constantly keep saying the inspector is coming and they NEVER SHOW.. they are being SUED!

NFR is great to work with. They have great clients that produce great bid approvals and staff that is very knowledgeable that actually review your work to ensure it gets submitted to the client accurately.

We have been working with NFR since 2010 as Field Inspectors and we really enjoy working with them. They answer our emails quickly, which many other Nationals do not, which eliminates alot of frustration. They are very thorough in their QC so their clients get the best possible results. So they are by far our favorite client!

This company is horrible. They were hiredTo secure my mother's property my deceased mothers property.When I checked on her propertyWhere she lived for over 25 years with no issues.Several of her itemsWere stolen.No sign of a breaking they change the locks.Can't get a straight answer from no one at this company.They won't even tell me how much they are charging my mother's estate.Talk to two Representatives JoyAnd CrystalCan't get a straight answerThey passed the buck on the person that hired them.

Reluctantly I give this company 5 stars because they are the absolute best preservation company I ve ever dealt with and it s not even close. They are strict about their pictures as I know their clients are but my god it s night and day dealing w this company vs the other 12 Nationals I work for. Stay away from these people. They re too reasonable and they treat you too much like a person.

This company bought a property and the town has since listed as vacant because it is overgrown and no one has done ANYTHING to it especially take out the trash that has been sitting outside for 3 years.

I ve been a contractor for National Field Representatives for a few years now. I enjoy completing work for them. All the staff at NFR are very very helpful. They are kind caring and truly great people. It starts from the top all the way down to
The bottom. If you have any issues at all they are right there to guide you through it and to make it go as smooth as possible. They really appreciate you as a person and for the work you do and not just as a number. I m truly happy working with everything about their company. I recommend their services as well as working as a vendor for them.
