Cant contact them, which seems odd based on all other reviews. I suspect its because all my debts have been paid in full. They hung up multiple times. 'Legit" company or not these types of companies shouldn't be able to operate with impunity. And would also have to suspect the contracts they are awarded are done so in a shady manner. Legal they may be but proves how corrupt things have truly become on the surface level. These types of operations used to have to hide, now they do not. Stop voting for the corrupt, as they allow this to happen.

Excellent company..NES helped me to settle my debt and I was able to pay off my private student loans..Loans I've had since 1993..I'm now debt free..would like to know if they handle federal student loans...would recommend NES to anyone !!

Very professional staff. No one yells at me or anything. They professionally give me my options and help me get a settlement. Make the process much better. They are just doing there job. Not going to be upset with them. If your bill get into that collection status own up to it.

i did not choice this job for you and you called my phone. you do not have to rude when i say i prefer to have my option in a letter sent to me. In my past, my lawyer told me to always get agreement in writing because if the are recording a call it's for there records not yours. This lady attitude was so nasty, so like i said before i did not choice this job for you. Dont be mad at me for your career choice at NES

I have been trying to pay off my balance that you have from my previous bank. I can't get a hold of anyone does anyone work at this company?

Doesn t follow The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Or Washington state debt collection laws including identifying themselves as a debt collector at the beginning of their calls. They are located in Ohio and said they only have to follow their state laws however if you are conducting business in another state you have to also follow their laws.

I had a debt I owed Discover card. It was sold to National Enterprise. I needed this removed from my credit score in order to purchase a house. It was aggravating being transferred twice with Discover then being transferred to this company. I spoke with Victoria who was pleasant and helpful. She transferred me again to a supervisor in order to take my payment (it is strange but I had to get this taken care of). They will be emailing me my receipt and once they notify Discover I will receive a letter in the mail showing it paid in full. None of this experience was bad and everyone was very nice.

Its collections, it was a legit debt. Im working with them to pay a debt i do owe. I know we hate to spend money on these but i spent the money so im going to pay it back. Bank of america account in my case. 3rd party collections. Meaning they service accounts for bank of america. Im sure they have other clients too.

Called my employer to reach me during my work day! Seriously, I'm at WORK and can not take personal calls. Calling my employer is not cool, it is security violation that could totally get me fired.
