Applied for a position on indeed. Talk to a recruiter on the phone last wednesday, told me I could get into a position by monday. It is now tuesday again, and I have not heard back from them about anything. They wont send texts unless I text first, and even when I ask for more information i have to ask five times for it ,only to receive nothing. Not interested in a tempt service that has someone who cant do they're job correctly. Also when the recruiter saw my negative review, he was super responsive. Funny how I dont hear from anyone until I give them 1 star.

The staff that work there and the recruiter that I worked with directly is awesome. Very very helpful if you are looking for a job this is a place to go to they have various types of jobs mainly dealing with Warehouse for the most part but all in all I recommend this place highly

I was initially impressed. I thought the recruiter was professional and quick to help secure a placement. I was excited about my placement an showed up my first day ready to go. Unfortunately the placement ended up a bait and switch. Completely different position than what I accepted. Was told rather than 8 hour shifts as accepted it would be a mandatory 12 hour shifts. When I questioned the supervisor about the the issue she asked what agency sent me, when I told her she said she has never heard of NCW and I had to do what THEY wanted. I noped right out of there.

Solid company to work for and move up in. I met NCW in 2007 and they kept me busy throughout. I appreciate my time with them and the opportunities given to me thanks to them. They fought to keep me busy and moving forward. It is their job to introduce you to those opportunities, and it is on you to make the most of them. Thank you everyone who made this possible for me.

My experience with NCW has been very positive, especially with Talent Acquisition Specialist, Michael Powers. Despite the long hiring process from initial interview to the final job offer, Michael was patient with any questions and concerns I had. Along the way, he also had helpful tips and pointers to ensure I was ready for each step, these were especially helpful since I had been at my last job for a while and haven't been through the interview process for a while. I've already recommended NCW to several colleagues to hopefully help them land that next step in their careers.
