The infrastructure of the 1960s, even worse. Lack of public transportation. There was no project to exploit the tourist potential, fabulous monuments lying in oblivion or renovated with insulating windows and polyurethane insulation. We mention: Carol Lighthouse, Queen's Nest, MARITIMA Railway Station, the seawall etc.

A cliff on the black sea where you can visit Acvaril, the Casino and well understood the sea.

It's a shame they haven't looked after this building. A historical site with so much potential. Rather than paying a guard to sit here, they could spend that money on renovating it.

Good stuff in the Free Shop at convenient prices compared with other places in the world!

One of the few things that make Constanta move a little

Old part of the city with lots of pubs to enjoy a nice meal or a drink with your friends.

The casino looks deplorable! Too bad for his architecture. Shame on those who are responsible for his condition!

It was not very pleasant. The captain and the guide, seem bored, do not offer information to tourists, disturbing music in a speaker.

Access to Constanta port is conditioned by a card issued by the port administration. It is possible to visit only the Tomis tourist port in the peninsular area of Constanta. You will find beautiful terraces with fishing menus in particular. Some of them are open and winter. the port and the cliff of the nearby casino is super.

One of the symbolic places of Constanta is worth a visit.

There are some things to work out but otherwise it looks good and is neat.

Lack of organization, uninformed to the security staff

A HOTI-led administration. Very bad roads. High access rate. Low or intentionally damaging access control. Example: A towing car pays between 29-32 ron for 24 hours when a national vignette costs about 7 days .Bonus: The defective car MUST CHARGE PAYMENT at the moment you leave the port although it is loaded on the platform that has the tax. With such thought you will wonder why everybody flees in the harbor and why they do ship repairs on in Varna and Burgas.

At the port exit, the city is 15 minutes walking distance.
