National carwash solutions Review

Turned in paperwork for delivery. Told me to back in dock and an hour later another truck came and they started unloading him within 5 minutes. I then went and asked and the said they haven t had time to tell unloader I was here. More time went by and finally started unloading me. 2 1/2 hours later left. Left hand needs to talk to right hand.

I am a retailer and I have Ryko Carwash.
Carwash is great and help to draw more customers but RYKO company service is bad.
My Carwash is down for two days and I called them 3 times already.
They said some technician will call you but still no one called me.

1 star for letting me park overnight but loading is very slow bring your breakfast lunch and may be dinner. They'll make all kind of excuses we didn't know truck was coming it's been 6hrs and they haven't started me loading yet.

A bunch of crooks they tell you one thing and do another, do not give them your CC info they charge it fraudulently.
I am an owner of a car wash and they are trying to screw me. Do not even get close to this company.

I took my car through a Ryko car wash at a Mills Fleet Farm location and I am pretty upset. The pressure from the brushes folded my driver's side rearview mirror in and the stupid rollers at the end of the bay under the drying jets put streaks in my windshield. It took me 20 minutes and a quarter of a bottle of glass cleaner and 1/3 of a roll of paper towels to get the streaks out of my windshield. The car wash left spots, streaks and some dirt (yes, there was still dirt on my car AFTER taking it through a Ryko car wash.) DO NOT take your vehicle through a Ryko manufactured car wash unless you want your vehicle damaged.

Fast and friendly, and I was 25min late, at a Friday afternoon, shipper didn t complain at all. Thumbs up !

F**** I never seen too many lazy ass's at same place ... they took 7 hours to load me half trailer ....
