National cart company Review

Very rude customer service. Be very careful doing business with this place . They do not honor returns. And equipment breaks down easy .

Horrible horrible place to work. If you re interested in welding or assembling there s plenty of other better places that don t have as high of a turnover rate. They don t care about you having a life of your own outside of work they will fire you if you miss more than 3 days while you re a temp. And refuse to hire you in if you miss more than 2. They say it s 90 days or whatever but my first time working there it took 5 months. This time I was a temp for 5 1/2 because of the snow storms we kept having. Even tho I RISKED my life to drive my scooter on a highway that s on a bridge to get there they still refused to hire me, I told them the snow was too bad so I wasn t going to risk it and even threatened to release me if I didn t call an Uber. Literally all they want to do, or even care about really is controlling their employees

Bought a cart from this company. It only worked 6 months . And was supposed to be an industrial cart. Call for wheel replacement . The lady told me she could not sell me any parts for the cart. And was very rude. Will n er very buy from this company again. Terrible quality carts , and terrible customer service.

I feel as if not enough effort is put into how you prepare stuff to be shipped. Items on the same order are far away from each other on the trailer which makes it hard to unload things. You could also do a better job on how you put that it's 1 piece but it's really like 20.

World s laziest and slow people working here

Very disheartening place of employment. Hires employees temporarily, has them invest themselves into the job completely, only to decide one day they want to lay someone off for absolutely no reason other than the benefit of their company. What a shame! You d think a place like this has more decency than that.

I love working in this place. I feel so comfortable the owner is the best lots of opportunity, I make good money I will recommend everybody who s wanna keep a job and move up to the ladder this is the place for them.
