I d like to express my appreciation to Mr Archie ( # 2977) who works at transfer desk on 26.8.2020. He has been a great support to me in completing all my missing documents to be able to board the plane to Dubai. I am very thankful to him.

I complete disaster of a service.

I complete disaster of a service.

Tried their shipment service (aljazeera) it was pointless. Everything they claimed didn t happen.

Their support (Arun Varghese ) didn t really know where my shipment is, just randomly throwing numbers and locations at me. Spent around 6 hours making calls and driving trying to locate my shipment. Then I had to process it myself through customs.

Had I flown to Kuwait picked up my shipment and flew back to the destination it would have been cheaper and faster.

The worst ever service in aviation world , simply bad service, unprofessional staff. Just imagine a customer service agent calling you at 6 AM to tell you that they received my email , never answer phone calls, they just put a scam WhatsApp service. Never think of buying any service thru this unprofessional company.

This company disgusts me. There is no excuse for their incompetence. If you value your pets life, please do not use their services. The blood of many animals are on their hands. Words can't describe my hatred for them. They can never bring Winston back, nothing they do will ever be enough. The epitome of unprofessionalism. This is the best example I can think of of terrible management. How can they be so terrible at their jobs? Such a shame.
