I complete disaster of a service.

I complete disaster of a service.

Tried their shipment service (aljazeera) it was pointless. Everything they claimed didn t happen.

Their support (Arun Varghese ) didn t really know where my shipment is, just randomly throwing numbers and locations at me. Spent around 6 hours making calls and driving trying to locate my shipment. Then I had to process it myself through customs.

Had I flown to Kuwait picked up my shipment and flew back to the destination it would have been cheaper and faster.
