I love calling for assistance from this group of ladies. They are always helpful, courteous, and professional. This is called "answer with a smile" customer-service! I'll just use initials but J, A&A & my favorite girl who has moved on in the company "N"...I really appreciate you all for your daily assistance. Oh yea and I cannot forget "C" even when she is not supposed to assist me because of her own work she still gets me what I need. Thanks guys you are all Champions to me & make my job fun & easy! :)

Had my car in the shop going on 2 weeks so they could have their own "expert" come out and look at my vehicle each time a repair was needed rather than just doing everything all at once like the dealership recommended. They did cover some parts, but for the $2600 price tag that dealerships sell their select plus plan for, it should cover everything other than maintenance. (oil changes, lights, breaks, etc.)

This place has terrible customer service. Cancelled my warranty with no grace period. I m a registered nurse taking care of patients sick from COVID during a global pandemic, and I use my vehicle to drive to these very sick patients, and they absolutely refused to give a grace period for my maintenance warranty given I ve been very busy and exhausted taking care of the ill and they won t even help us out. I ve been sacrificing my health to help others and they can t even have compassion one time. I will make sure everyone I know never does business with these heartless crooks.

I purchased a new car 2 years ago with a very good warranty. The warranty requires me to get routine, comprehensive servicing .... and I have been happy to obtain such servicing routinely at the dealership where I obtained the car.

Prior to the next servicing deadline, however, the dealer and I have been unable to schedule a mutually convenient servicing time because our schedules are both very busy. I learned that if I want or need to obtain the servicing someplace other than the original dealership, I must call and receive approval as to where the servicing can occur. Phalen answered my call, was very organized, understandable and enjoyable in processing the information needed to obtain approval for the new servicing venue. I thought she was VERY helpful and efficient in solving my problem. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!!!

This company is not in the business of helping people. They are in the business of taking your money, getting you out of your warranty through a series of loopholes, and leaving you with no car and no help. I spoke to several different people on the phone regarding my warranty because my car was having issues as a result of a manufacturing issue. I had 4 oil changes at a very reputable dealer in my area. Because it was not the dealership I bought the car from, I needed to call to "pre-approve" my maintenance (however I didn't realize this until the first time I called to let them know I got an oil change). It was explained to me and the next time I was going to get a change, I called and was told I didn't need any maintenance for 12 months. So I got the maintenance and continued to get maintenance as my dealership told me. My car started having issues and the company said they wouldn't pay for my issues because I didn't pre-approve my old changes. I asked them, without those unapproved changes if I was still within their intervals of 12 months or 10,000 miles to have a valid warranty. I was 167 miles over. They have a one time exception that they can apply to your warranty if you mess up, but refused to apply it to mine and would not fix my car or keep my warranty valid. Carina seemed like a nice woman and I know she was just doing her job, but this company does not care about their customers AT ALL. I am telling every person I know at my university not to buy a car if it comes with this warranty. My cousin is telling everyone and all of my family and friends are telling everyone. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY RIP YOU OFF LIKE THEY DID ME!!!!!
