Rude, threatened to repo my car during a pandemic. They dont know they cant cause we are in a pandemic. Threatens me with a law suit if I let them repo my car. They dont understand you can't sue the person who returns the car or ask them to come get the car. They said I cant sell the car without the title. I can sell the car, if I dont make enough to cover what I owe then I would owe the difference. They have no common sense. Stay away from them.

Very very rude first we are in a pandemic i lost my job found another one so im late on a car payment mind u they put a tracker in my car and said they wont come get it fine so i woke up my car is gone then i calked they fried to sell the car back to me for the remainder of the loan term 6000 after i paid off 6000 then after a couple of days go buy i lost my job due to not having my car then they called me back and said i can get the car back for 680 well bills hit me no job u dont do people like this

I understand being a collections manager you deal with people who don't pay their bills. However everyone is not the same. There are people that are rebuilding their lives and had to use this company as a second chance or last resort. It doesn't mean you have the right to be rude nasty or unreasonable to their daily struggles. It's hard enough paying a high interest rate and or being threatened with a remote car shut off installation. People that lease from your company have jobs just like you. Being courteous should be a requirement... Not a request. Martin is very rude and unprofessional. I can not wait until my lease is up.

Amzingly helpfull as long as you comunicate with them. Most helpfull out of any car I have ever bought.

As with others on here they are very rude! I literally cannot wait until my payments are done so I dont have to deal with them. There are alot of places you can go that actually treat you like a human!

I have had nothing but good service from them for the past 4 yrs. They have dont nothing but work with me even when I am having a hard times. Like life likes to give you sometimes. All they ask is for communication. Dont get me wrong they do get upset when you dont communicate but that's expected. One I kind feels like he tells at me like my dad when I don't communicate. Which i am sorry for. But they stuck by me even when my first car I got thru them was totaled in an accident. They said they would again. Wonderful people. When I totaled my car and they worked with me by dropping my APR to 0% since I only owed them another couple grand and made all my previous payment on time. You pay them their money on time they will work with you when times get hard.

Martin is very rude until this day! It s sad people have been saying this for the last 2 years and no changes has been made.

Martin the collections manager is very rude and unprofessional. Every question I asked him about he was very rude! I guess Bankruptcy is going to be my only option! I wanted to do a settlement but he refused. Greedy company. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General office.
