National Assets Recovery Services Review

Well I like the people at the impound lot itself they are courteous and fast and you just fill out the paperwork and get your car. But the people in the office are complete a******'s they pick up your car before a holiday and still decide to charge you an outrageous storage fee And lie to you about when they are open because they don't want to talk to you on the phone. I was also double charged and they would not let me have my card even though my loan company told them that they waived the tow fee. I have never dealt with more disrespectful low life in my life! The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because the man at the lot Itself was nice. Also I was unable to find in any of the reviews a decent estimate on how much I would have to pay. For 2 days of my car being there they charge me almost $400! And that does not even cover the Towing cost. So get ready to give an arm and a leg if your car gets taken by this awful place.

Refuse to give you all your belongings then say you are spamming them for trying to get your belongings

They were very incompetent wouldnt tell me the location of my care even to retrieve my personal belongings. The guys at the lot were actually very nice and i couldnt be mad at them doing their jobs. It seems the women in the main office dont care how they talk to you because the bank is the client and you arent. The guys at the lot are the ones that have to deal with the angry people in person. They were unproffesional im reporting this company to bbb and anyone else i can find to report them to. I'd like to reinterate the guys working the lot were proffesional and very nice.

as a former repo agent these guys have no clue wat they are doin.they dragged my truck away with my rearend locked and blew my rearend.if i could file a report with the bbb and have them shut down i would.hope they can afford to pay for my rearend. if i could give them negative stars i would

The ladies in the office are very disrespectful and have no people skills. I'm planning on reporting them to the attorney general.

I called due to my husband car. They hung up on me 3 times bc I was asking questions abt my payments. They were very rude to me on phone as well as to my husband and father in law. No type of customer service ethics.
