PG Programme in NAC is waste. For the fees of Rs.1,00,000 we get salary of just Rs.10000 per month. Last batch placements were worst. I thought of joining but after seeing my friend placement i dropped. only one student placed for Rs.20000/month and all others are just placed for Rs.10000. only one faculty Mr. Sai Krishna sir is good in teaching as well as in placements. Think twice before paying lakhs of fees.

1. About the Academy

NAC was established on the joint initiative of construction industry (BuildersAssociation of India) and State Government in the year 1998 as a Society and incorporated as Public Charitable institution. It is managed by a Governing board with the Hon ble Chief Minister as Chairman and Hon ble Minister for Roads and Building, the Chief Secretary of Telangana State as Vice Chairmen. The Board members include Principle Secretaries of Works Departments, eminent persons of construction industry, Academic, Research institution and Professional associates representing the construction industry. NAC Headquarters is located in 46.46 acres of green campus in the IT Corridor in Hyderabad, Telangana. It has 2 Advanced Training Institutes and 11 permanent skill training centers located in the districts across Telangana State. NAC is well positioned to act as a catalyst, to bring about a holistic change in the construction ethos in the country.

Architecture is good if you see from pictures but in real life there is no maintenance indeed there very useful things you can do here but the government staff don't show any kind of interest on them

The place is in Hitec city near NOVOTEL and Hyderabad International Convention Center. A cool place for portraying construction.

This is inside hicc camlus. Good place full of trees and garden.

Don't join in NAC...it is utter WASTE institute. There is NO management in a management institute. these people are playing with students emotions...All filled with lot of politics..the one who has influence can get 1st ranks without attend for the entrance exam also and the same person without content only got jobs first...remaining are next..i never seen this much of worst institute ever in my life. Finally don't expect job and join this..atlast they didn't give you a job and the management blame the students.The one star also for some special faculty..without them that one star also a waste for this institute.

Nice place but lack of maintenance now. It offers skill development programs for students in construction field and there are some courses offered for engineering students also. Has good sports options, gym facility but most of them are not used by students due to lack of maintenance.

PG programme in NAC - I have also contacted previous batch students and they are literally disappointed with the job placement. Only few megha infra placed students and students placed by Sai Krishna sir are happy others are looking for job change again. When I talked with them they clearly told its better not to join in this programme and when I have enquired they are also planning another programme QS this year. Dont waste your time and money friends. All the best.

I completed my course GWS in this institute.. Best course for students who want to enter into construction industry.. Shravya madem was my faculty.. We are very happy with training given to us ..we also had 3rd party assessment test conducted by NCVT.. I got placed as construction supervisor in KPC constructions. Thank you NAC

Best place but wont u learn more basic things u learn and money is more than outside job offers are like 8000 10000 i think need to learn in private institutions where they learn you more

The finishing school program which they offer for INR 24000/- is a total waste of money and our precious time (3 months). Initially they lure you by making fake promises of providing a guaranteed job in the core field of civil engineering and claims that they are the best in industry to provide technical knowledge. Trust me guys you are gonna regret paying such an amount at this place there is no proper infrastructure, no proper schedule of classes, only handful of faculty is good rest all doesn t even know how to teach. During the time of admission they gives us written schedule what is to be taught during the course with dates but when the time comes they don t even teach the said subject in the time table. We were told that we they will teach us Staad Pro but they didn t even give an introduction class on Staad. Also Total Station classes were not up to the mark. The class time mentioned in the time table is 9:00 am but sometimes we would wait till 11:00 am for the class to start that too a supplementary class. This is the standard of teaching in this institute.

Now coming to the placements, here comes the funny part before the placements itself our beloved director madam Mrs. Shanthi would tell us to keep our expectations low as we are freshers ma am I want to ask you one question we joined your institute because we were freshers and we spent 3 months and Rs.24K to gain technical knowledge in your institute and at the end you are asking us to keep our expectations low. Our placement officer was Mr. Anjaiah who is least bothered about the placements of the students there he would bring some XYZ company and everyone must give interview in that company whether you like or not the job profile or the company profile you must give interview there and by chance if you get selected even if you don t like the job then you re screwed you cannot give interview in any other fore coming companies and I m telling you all guys that the companies which come to hire students are not good companies which are not even registered companies and they offer you salaries as low as Rs. 8000 - 10000/-.
It is better to work in some medical hall rather than in working such companies atleast they pay better. All of my friends and classmates who got selected through NAC left there respective jobs within few months of joining as they were posted in some villages, some were not getting paid on time, some were given accommodation in sheds and ashrams.

I can write lot more things but I think it s sufficient to make you all understand about the situation of the institute. Once again I request you all not to waste your precious time and money think wisely before investing such amount of money when you re unemployed don t waste your parent s hard earned money in such a ridiculous thing. Search job on your own don t fall for such traps these are all money making tactics don t fall for it as I have wasted Rs.24K, 3 months and gained nothing in return.

I visited here on Feb 2nd 2020 for cyclethon event. All arrangements were good and the place is big enough. My only concern is of toilets for visitors, it's pathetic, it smells horrible like it was never cleaned,there are no lights, flush isn't working,no water in it. It is like a roadside abandoned toilet , disgusting. This should be fixed ASAP.
