No one ever picks up the phone; maybe time to find a new supplier
Customer service department lacks basic customer service skills. No greeting, no returned phone calls. Not sure what "commitment to excellence" they are referencing on their website. Are they even interested in doing business with customers? I don't think so. Really puzzling how such an organization can survive having no regard for the individual customers at all. Worked with them for 5 months to get a hospital bed with no success.
Physical Therapy requested that I need a Wheelchair due to me falling all the time.! Nations LLC contacted me by phone to set up a time to deliver my Wheelchair. It was deliver couple days later. Great service and very professional staff! Definitely would recommend them!
I m on the phone looking for a new supplier now . This was the worst customer relations I ve experienced in awhile. The staff whom delivered were extremely unprofessional. Just one person . The other was very kind. The subpar equipment is another issue. I had to call Medicare . This is a sad excuse for a company. It s indeed in need of a overhaul . Please think again for using them
I wish I could give them 0 stars!!
The answering machine says someone will call you back within 48 hours. 5 days went by & I didn't hear from them so I left another message & another 48 hours has gone by & this isn't the first or second time this has happened
THEY SUCK!!!
Whoa!!! Lady who answers phone is short in her answers and just rude!!!
What a nightmare. The only number I had was menu driven and the menu didn't address my needs and didn"t let you go to an operater or leave a message. When i finally found? number they transfered me to machine that said I would get a call back in 24 to 48 hours. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THEY ARE trying to RUN A BUSINESS WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HUMAN but billing my insurance company reguarly. Avoid at all costs!!!
My mother was discharged from rehab over a week ago. The social worker ordered a wheelchair to be delivered the day after her discharge home. It is now over 1.5 weeks and we have still not received the wheelchair. The company keeps promising delivery but they don t deliver. This is the worst customer service for a healthcare delivery company I have ever experienced! Will never use Nations Health Care again and would recommend that others avoid this company as well.
No idea how these guys stay in business. Been trying to get them to replace some durable equipment but they don t answer the phone or return calls. This has been going on for 2 weeks.
I called the customer service Dept Jessica and she is so rude. I work for a healthcare organization and called regarding a customer and she was aweful. Trust me, no details needed. Call and see for yourself.
I actually had a very pleasant experience with this company. Delivery was when they said for both items as I requested. I would definitely use them in the future. Thank you.
I'm surprised to see all the negative comments when I posted a negative comment on Gilchrist hospice it disappeared. Google maps can be very unfair at times.
I have called this company 3 times and left 3 messages because the oxygen indicator is not working. No response for 3 days. . . . to be continued. Medicare should get their $$ back
We've been using them for close to a year now for oxygen delivery and they've been great
Yikes. This place was supposed to deliver my husband s oxygen. I called at 8:30 am to confirm delivery and they told me it would arrive between 12 and 3. At 3 pm they told me they re not in network, sent the case back to the case manager and have no responsibility to notify or inform us.
If you depend on medical supplies arriving on time, especially if you need them as a result of Covid-19, go elsewhere. I m shocked this kind of treatment isn t illegal given that oxygen can be medically required.
I don't like the fact that they control the settings of my machine. I called two months ago so the therapist would change settings on my bipap and no one has call me back. Everytime I called they transfer me to a VM. The receptionist is very rude and has no customer service. I keep receiving this calls from Kim a recording that they need to know how is the machine doing. When I call back they do not have a clue what I am talking about. I am completely disappointed with their services.
The WORST medical supply company to deal with. My wife uses Quality and has zero issues I have been almost 2 months trying to get CPAP supplies.
Nations Health Care should stop selling respiratory and durable goods to customers. The fact that they remain in business is almost criminal. I wish that I was able to make an informed decision about using them for my own wheelchair needs 3 years ago when I found myself in the unfortunate position of requiring one to ensure independent mobility. I would certainly have chosen differently. The poor service started at the very beginning. It took almost 5 months to receive my electronic wheelchair. The sales representative literally sold me a bill of broken promises. After 4 months of emailing, calling and screaming my chair was finally delivered. I was told that I should count myself lucky to have received it within that timeframe. Apparently it could have taken more than 6 months. Craig Ejk (sales representative) blamed my private insurance company (United Healthcare) for the delay. Over the past 3 years the wheelchair has required servicing for various things. Every interaction with Nations Health Care has been poor. Customer service is nonexistent. Response times are horrible. It has often taken weeks to get a technician for servicing. The excuses range from poor staffing, to delayed parts and supplies, to shifting blame, to tacit indifference on the part of customer service personnel (Tom last name unknown). They do this knowing that the equipment and services that they supposedly support are often vital to their customers /patients ability to live independently. These customers are often elderly. It s disgraceful! I would give them zero stars were it possible. Please contact your insurance companies, hospitals, and doctors to complain about the poor service that you have received from this vendor. They need to be put out of this line of business.
Extremely rude on the phone. Unreliable delivery. Worst customer service experience ever. Would give zero stars if I could. Kaiser Insurance required we use them, otherwise we would avoid them like the plague. Hopefully word gets around so we won t have to worry that they ll still be in business next time we need to use a Kaiser mandated DME company. The five star reviews on here are absolutely fake. Clearly written by company employees or someone paid to write one. What a ridiculous practice on top of all of their other issues. Avoid them at all costs.
Worst Customer Service ever. I waited 6 weeks for an issue to be resolved and I had to call back both times. After being told they called me back and left me a message (which I have proof that I never received) they fixed my issue and then hung up on me. Lovely. I'll be calling my surgeons office letting them know what kind of company they are doing business with.
Extremely rude person that picks up the phone! Will not do any business here. A place that services elderly and disabled people should not hire such rude employees.
The receptionist is nice but it stops there. The director of nursing finally cashed back hours after I was told she would, then proceeded to provide inaccurate information along with no solution to our issue. There is a complete disregard for details or patient well being. STAY AWAY!!!!
