This company is not worth dealing with. They like to take your money upfront and overcharge for the merchandise. Even when some of the items are not shipped to you they still charge you for those. In order to receive your credit back, you have to remind them every week and still takes them over 2 months to post your credit back. Do not trust these people with your credit card. The best way is not to do business with them period.
Lately, Nassau Candy has been off their "A-game." Every time I call, it seems as if the mismanagement between the employees and the drivers get worse. No communication, very hard to process information, and lately, I have not been getting items I ordered. This is very frustrating because it then results in a process of tracking down the "he said, she said" conversations between multiple staff members. I would avoid this company until they pick things back up.
Customer service is NASTY. I just got off the phone with a women named Betsy who tried to convince me to keep candy they sent me that is expiring in less then 3 months. I am a small store and I will not turn the candy that quickly and I don't know why I'm the one paying for something and she is the one telling me what to do. Last time I checked the customer calling customer service should be helped not talked down to when they express concerns over quality of goods received. I will not be ordering from them again due to this experience and the lack of care for the customers. I'll take my business else where. THANKS BETSY!
