Started working for them last year. I got the grand total of one Shadow shift before I was dropped in it on my own. I gave them my availability but I was hounded to cover more hours. I was run miles away from home and expected to drop other staff member home which was miles out of the way. When I became ill I was made to feel guilty. And after all of that they didn't pay me, so I was out of pocket. I will never work in care again thanks to this agency.
