Nashville Zoo Review

I always love going to the zoo. With new exhibits being added periodically, it's always exciting to go see what's new!

It was too cold when we went so we didn't see many animals but this place is awesome. It is beautifully landscaped and easy to walk through. There was a huge awesome looking play area for kids. I plan to go back and pet the kangaroos.

For a local zoo, it is pretty good. I've heard others are a bit better but the drive is feasible for our small family. Finally saw the rhinos out today, it was about 60 degrees and they were lounging in the sun. Previous times we've come, it's been so hot and they have been no where in sight. The zoo also just opened the a new black bear exhibit where the bears are able to come pretty close to you for you to see them. Will return.

It is a spectacular Zoo, beautiful and very large so I recommend that you go very comfortable because there is so much to explore. There is a great variety of animals, some you cannot see very well because they have quite large habitats for animals (which I think is excellent). In addition to that there are picnic areas, roller coaster and cafeteria areas. It is a place to have a great time. I recommend it 100%.
