Had been wanting to come here for a while and was so excited to come here with my kids. The only reason I am giving any stars is because the food was fresh. Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced and my own job involves working with the public. We waited a long time for our order on the picnic tables next to the exit. Was fine with the wait time due to the weekend but when we opened the bag with our food there were no napkins inside. Went back in quickly to ask for napkins and the girl rudely told me that I needed to read the sign and I was not allowed back in and would need to walk all the way around again to the entrance and wait in line. Not easily done with 3 kids. Then the coworkers proceeded to talk to each other while I was right there about how I clearly can t read the sign. Got the napkins but will never be back here again.

Normally, I wouldn't take the time to give a poor review but in this case I felt compelled and obligated Since the service and the quality of food today was enough to repel A slug from a cabbage patch.
Firstly, the hot chocolate was more like chocolate milk had I not add a few shots of hot coffee from the coffee bar to keep it from freezing.
Secondly, the breakfast took over 20 minutes although surprisingly the cafe Had just a handful of patrons, a far cry from the typical busy and bustling cafe.
Thirdly, the fruit provided with the breakfast was enough ward off any barnyard animal.
The watermelon slices was cut in such a way that there was no watermelon that could have been enjoyed easily.
The orange wedges appeared to have been sitting around for quite some time.... and showed signs of being slightly used.
The home fries were cut so small as to deny anyone of the potatoes that normally accompany home fries. Instead, i was treated to a side of potatoe skins, herbs and salt.
The food and service to this point has been great during previous visits but unfortunately something has drastically shifted questioning my return to this establishment.

I had a very "meh" experience here for a weekday lunch. The place is hard to find, tucked away in a brick building sort of behind a gas station. The only reason I figured out I was in the right place was all the parking spot signs said "no bakery parking", luckily there was plenty of street parking.

Inside is cute enough, they had a couple of tables on a back porch overlooking a Brook but they were all taken. They had a decent sized menu, some breakfast options and bunch of sandwiches and pastries. I saw no salads on the menu but I saw some customers with salads, not sure what the deal with that is. I would have gotten a salad if I saw one on the menu (possible I just didn't read the menu thoroughly, it's kind of spread out all over their walls).

I paid $14 for a chicken salad sandwich, iced tea, and cookie. The sandwich was ok, it was the harvest chicken salad with cranberries and walnuts which I usually love but it was small and kind of bland. The bread was a little too chewy and my jaw hurts after eating it. For nearly $10 I'm a little surprised it didn't come with chips or something. The cookie was similarly "meh", it was the kitchen sink cookie and looked better than it tasted. Not nearly chewy enough and too much going on in a cookie.

They have free WiFi supposedly but it showed no network and I couldn't connect. Ultimately I might come back for breakfast for for some pastries but I wasn't impressed for the price.

Great baked goods and delicious breads with extensive list of fresh sandwiches. The prosciutto with mozz on baguette was a bit tough to get through but the dirty chai cookie was amazing and the turkey avo sandwich was lovely.

I have tried their sourdough bread, raisin bread, chocolate croissant, chocolate chip cookie, and brownie so far. All were really good!

Parking can be tricky to find, they actually have two lots, one that the GPS will take you to and then there s another parking lot where the benches are for outside eating. Nashoba brook makes breakfast as well as sandwiches for lunch. Next time, I definitely want to try one of their meals.

When you walk inside, there s one entrance to walk in with stickers on the ground to ensure social distancing. You are then called up to the counter to order, and you can exit through a different door.

This bakery has excellent quality sourdough bread. I have been am amateur baker for much of my adult life and was developing my own sourdough recipe after the pandemic hit. I found their breads available at a local supermarket and was just enthralled by the crumb and crust of their loaves. Please support this bakery!!

Called with a request for 75 croissants on Monday. Picked them up on Tuesday morning. All croissants are gone and so many colleagues delighted, asking where they came from. A hit and outstanding customer experience. And I discovered a hidden gem. Will be back!

This is a 5-star local bakery that is definitely worth the visit! But I have to ping them a tiny bit for a challenging parking lot with massive potholes and sometimes inconsistent service. They're always friendly and warm, but frequently get the orders wrong. Just make sure you get and check your receipt.

This place is amazing. They make all of their bread onsite and use it to craft deliciously creative sandwiches that are healthy and hearty. Tons of delicious muffins and other baked goods make this place a mandatory stop on Saturday mornings.

Wonderful little hole-in-the-wall (literally) on the backside of the building they occupy. Had breakfast with my wife and a friend, food was great and we sat out on the picnic tables and enjoyed the weather and the scenery with the river going by.

This place is delicious and has a nice area in the back along the river where you can eat on the picnic tables. The food is delicious but get there by 8 if you want some of their delicious croissants.

What great food!! This little gem of a bakery is now one of my favorite bread bakeries. Why?

Their bread has great flavor and texture, with a great crispy crust with a chewy interior.

They'll let you try before you buy, so you can decide which of their delicious breads to take home. But, you really can't go wrong with any of the breads in my opinion.

I've had the sourdough, rosemary and garlic, and pepper jack breads recently - all fantastic for toast, sandwiches or just eating on their own.

And you can buy their breads at Whole Foods in case you can't make it into Concord.

Don't delay, get your hands on a loaf today - you'll love it!!

Don't be discouraged if at first you don't find this hidden oasis! The parking lot is tricky, but this light filled bakery has awesome food from sandwiches to baked goods and great drinks. The wifi is strong and the couches comfy.

Wonderful little coffee shop with a really cute garden area that's pretty and nice to sit in and look out at during all seasons. The food is pretty good and that coffee, although a bit cold and sometimes kind of milky is also good.

I've been to Nashoba Brook Bakery many times, and it's an awesome place. There's usually a line here, but it's a good place for lunch or breakfast. The bread is really good, and the coffeeshop-like atmosphere makes it a good spot to get a meal with friends or pull out your computer and get to work. The place is pretty cramped at times, though, so I would check it out before you commit to ordering. It can take a while to place an order, but it's worth the wait.

Nice spot. Great bread, sandwiches, pastries.
My favorite part of breakfast is the home fries... unfortunately they were inedible :-(
They seemed deep fried or something... they should just take them off the menu... or just get anything else.
Will definitely return.

Love (while semantically speaking) is not an ingredient, but it's an intervening force which can and does affect perception, smell and taste.

Take two loaves of bread; same ingredients and same equipment for the measuring, mixing and baking. When served, one baker tells his customer with a prideful smile, "I made this an hour ago, with loving attention to the knowledge that I have the privilege of feeding my patrons the best bread I can make, enjoy!" The other just says, "That will be $4.95, plus tax...wanna bag?" The man scowling his mood.

Is it any surprise that the first customers are happier with their bread, even though they are exactly identical? Here, it is simply psychology. But on a spiritual level, it is well known that a person who takes their time and manufacture something with great care and attentiveness often produces a higher quality product. It's just common sense.

I'm willing to drive a little further, and spend a little bit more, so that I can enjoy food that has been manufactured and prepared by people who actually care about what they're doing.

This is usually a special treat place and have always had excellent service. Today was an off day. The quality of the ingredients would be a five star rating. However, The service was a three. It started when there was a bunch of people standing around waiting for their food, there was only ourselves and another couple waiting to order when the cashier loudly stated there needs to be a line to order. Okay...then we ordered our food, I was told they ran out of pickles and she was clearly irritated when I said I'd need to change my order. Then I did not get the bacon and avocado on mine and my husband got Dijon mustard on his versus the yellow mustard that he made very clear he wanted cause he does not like Dijon. We didn't realize the screw ups until our food arrived and by then it was very busy and we didn't feel like waiting in the long line to have it all corrected.

Great food, I had the pastrami sandwich special, most excellent! A bit pricey at $12 for sandwich & a Demi bottle of Saratoga water. Typical noisy cafe' setting nicely situated overlooking the Brook. Hard to find from the street as it's located on the backside of 152. It's worth the visit.

Great evening experience. The cafe has nice outdoor seating along a small river and also has plenty of air-conditioned indoor couches/tables. Their french toast is heavenly and their iced mocha lattes are phenomenal. All around great time on a quiet evening stop.

Really? This bakery makes very good bread, but the cafe is a joke. Food looks decent but it is truly mediocre and very overpriced. Mostly a hang-out for local moms since there are few other options around. The staff often get the orders wrong and are rude when it's called to their attention, and the place is pretty dirty to boot. Has the Heath Dept checked it out lately? There's potential here, but until Nashoba Bakery gets its act together and spruces this place up, it won't get my business or that of my friends anymore.

Really love this little place! Delish sandwiches, homemade bread. Can get full at busy times, but if you wait a table opens. Good for toddlers, especially in summer when you can run around outside on the bridge!
