Tried to make a reservation over the phone and was told that they don t do reservations. When I came in, the hostess was taking a reservation before she helped us. Then we were told that we couldn t be seated because a party of 9 made a RESERVATION. The place was nearly empty but they couldn t put tables together. Glad there are other restaurants in the area.

My steak was well done in some parts.
For a filet mignon thats pretty sad.
We called the manager over to chat .
He said he would check on it n he never came back.

One of the best steak in Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario area. Definitely I will be a repeat customer.

Every thing was delicious all the appetizers everything every one is so so nice the only problem was 2 out of steaks was a under cooked ( we wanted them extra well done) and we send them back and they was still pink they removed it off r bill and give of 2 free desserts i had a great time otherwise

Great Place To Eat A Steak, Also Has Good Selection Of Other Food Choices. Right off of Old Route 66.

I ordered a 12oz steak and got 4oz of fat. Just plain unexceptable, how could the chef think it was ok to serve that on my plate. The waiter was shocked when he ask me if I was taking the rest home. I told him it was all fat.

Rib eye was good, filet mignon tasted pretty bad no flavor at all ( No bold flavor!) Like the guy kept saying, my order was wrong I drove so far to have a good steak and it ended being a let down .

So this is an update on this review I was contacted by LongHorn steakhouse and were sincerely apologetic and concerned for the customer service I'm proud to say that they rectified the situation and were nothing but great about the whole thing I really appreciate them reaching out to me and trying to make things right thank you again!

With a name like Longhorn Steakhouse you would think this place came from Texas, but actually the first restaurant opened in 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia. It would have been cool If they did come from Texas, but coming from the south ain't to shabby either. They practically invented bbq there. Recently, I tried Longhorn Steakhouse via curbside service and everything went pretty well, all things considered. Though I didnt get to see the interior of the restaurant, experience their customer service firsthand, or try their food hot off the grill, their website and parking lot looked pretty nice. I really would like to try this place again when everything opens again to get the whole experience, but what I did order was pretty good. I had the wings, their green salad, the half rack of ribs, and the mash potatoes. Everything was good. Everything was tender, with tons of flavor. No complaints whatsoever. I plan to come back and give this place a more thorough review. So three enthusiastic stars for now.

The wait here is consistently billed as "45 to an hour" Doesn't appear to matter how many people are around, it's always an hour.

Food is great. However, the staff and management need to be more organized. Our Easter dinner was ruined we sat in the pick up area for over an hour after they told us food would be out. Then they tell us that we are not getting order or any one else waiting because their computer crashed and lost the orders. They should have notified everyone sooner because we had a pickup time like everyone else and we waited way too long. I feel bad for them but I feel bad for all the customers. Communication is key. Manager should have been letting customers know. Yes a learning experience for sure

These guys close at a different time everyday for takeout. Today excuse was closing early due to weather.

We had to Wait 3 plus hrs and I had drinks spilled on me .VERY DISSATISFIED. NEVER GOING BACK 'I SUGGEST YOU DONT GO .They should think about a 90 minute TABLE TIMES 'Like Lazy Dog .Also Plates were dirty and Hair in the salad had a Hair it .Yuck . VERY DISAPPOINTING

Great steaks and Parmigiana crusted chicken. Loaded baked potato was excellent and curbside pickup was easy.

My new favorite steak place! If you like shrimp try the breaded shrimp appetizer very flavorful!

This was my first time and it was amazing the food well seasoned and Thomas my server was awesome...

Our waitress miss Ashley was great, food was presented well tasted yummy.. my steak was over cooked but Manger made good on it..very satisfied and would or will return next time I'm in town..

Guy at the desk said the wait wasnt very long & when i went to put my name in he told me a hour & a half & didnt mention nor offer patio seating

Nice return to normal. Service was good, and the food was on point. Steak cooked perfect medium rare and baked potato well loaded.

The ribeye is fantastic! Pink on the inside, crispy on the outside. I've had it twice. Service is very good, even though we had to sit outside.

Wow! What an AWESOME cheeseburger and fries on the lunch menu at an incredible price of $8.99. The burger was juicy, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I had to eat all the fries! Very friendly service.

Terrible service, 3 hour wait and gave table to some that came in hour after after, don't trust them, food cooked wrong, received after everyone had already ate not recommended

Our meal was delicious and the waitress was such a pleasure.

Very good food. Shrimp appetizer is good enough for two. The shrimp and lobster soup is also great. I could go on, but you will enjoy your meal.

One of the best Experiences we had me my wife had a lovely time. Our waiter truly Made our night. It was a spunky little thing from Georgia But always kept us happy And is her suggestions for food and drink were spot on to what we were looking for for the night.

My third time to this location. We went for lunch and the food was great, so was the service. The manager came and said hi and she made sure we were enjoying the food. We're going back for dinner this week. Definitely recommend.

Bad service. Manager didn t help at all. Wait time was 3 hours and extending for another hour. Don t come.

Only a 20 min. wait on Opening Day . Our waitress Chase so pleasant and Accommodating, knew the menu and made some great suggestions. Beer was Cold, the porterhouse med.well came out Excellent. Asked for steak sauce but found out it was perfectly seasoned,didn't need it. Going Back for more Real Soon.

We have been twice and both times have been phenomenal. The first time Mike was bartending and our server. He did an awesome job and makes great drinks. The second time Wyatt was our server. Again he did an exceptional job, and although Mike wasn't our server he came over multiple times to say hi and to bring us our drinks. We will definitely be back. The food is great and the drinks are delightful! Definitely ask for these two gentlemen!

The service and food was excellent. The Outlaw ribeye steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. As for taste and tenderness, it was as good, if not better, than the $100 Tomahawk steak found at a nearby high-end steak house.

If servers who were assigned to other guests walked past our table and noticed a plate needed to be picked up, they would ask to clear it, without hesitation.

The serving sizes of the appetizers were bigger than most restaurants, and were excellent!

Once you've been to this restaurant, you'r mouth will always water whenever you hear the name!

The dinner was delicious but the noise level was so loud (even with every other booth being empty) we couldn't hear each other well enough to carry on a conversation.

Was able to make this soft opening. I was surprised how well the waitress knew the menu already. Had the baby back ribs with mashed potatoes. The ribs melted in your mouth. The mashed potatoes where perfectly cooked. Had a old fashion to drink was was pleasantly surprised to see a single large ice square in the cup. The drink hit the spot. I will definitely return here to try more of the menu.

I stopped by the other day for a quick lunch. Being a serious foodie, I was looking forward to this experience. Excellent!! The customer service also outstanding. Definitely my new go to for a good steak at reasonable prices. My experience was awesome and didn't break the bank! Even their house salad was delish!

Food is so good and the waiter was amazing! Even though we had to dine outside in super cold weather, they made it comfortable and warm with heaters all around! Try the ribeye with black pepper crust, you won t regret it!

Consistently delicious and juicy steaks, probably the best steaks I've ever had out of all the other steakhouses in the area. Can't wait for them to be able to reopen, even if it's only for patio-dining.

I ordered the LH burger and its amazing. The ribeye was medium rare as I ordered it. Very good place to eat. It was my first time but not the last.

This was my first time at this location but Ive been to the locations in Texas. First, the people were so friendly. Second, service was on point! We got drinks, bread and salad. As soon as we finished our salad they brought oyr entrees. Lastly, the food was stellar. Steaks cooked perfectly medium rare and Brussel sprouts were crispy and delicious. Overall a very pleasing experience.

We were a family that use to go to another well known steakhouse for our steak fix. Not anymore! LongHorn will be the place to be for the best steak this side of the Pacific!

My first time coming here and by far the worst service ever. I went in person to make a reservation and they told me it would be a 45 minute wait. I said okay I ll stay. I come back 45 minutes after and they say that there is still 6 parties ahead of me. Again I said okay I ll wait. I wait another HOUR and CALL. They let me know that I supposedly canceled my reservation due to me failing to reply. I never got a text message and I verified my number twice. Very bad customer service. I wanted to just enjoy some steak since a friend recommended me this place. Nope according to the receptionist, it is my fault that I did not get the text that I must have given a wrong number. Just awful.

I always enjoy my meal at Longhorn! Today I had a delicious steak sandwich for lunch that the meat was tender and cooked exactly as it should be. Highly recommend.

My steak was bomb but my sides were pretty sad. Thank GOD I had a potato because they literally gave me 1 broccoli florets (the smallest they had). I didn't even need utensils for it
