I have not been to the bakery, but my husband buys a loaf of sourdough every couple of weeks from our local grocery store. It is the best sourdough bread we've tasted. The tang is spot-on. It makes a perfectly delightful sandwich. Delicious!

We always get our meals for our weekly manager meeting here and it's well worth it! The staff is friendly and always gives us extra bread with our salad (with a scoop of tarragon chicken salad!).

This is strictly a review of the sourdough bread. Very good taste and texture. I devour almost 1/2 loaf per day. HOWEVER, at 11% of the recommended Daily Value per slice, the sodium content is extremely and unnecessarily high. I would encourage the bakery to cut back 25% on the salt, which would improve the taste and bring the bread more into line with other breads.

Very enjoyable: good virus safety, peaceful spot overlooking Nashoba Brook to enjoy my Glorious Morning muffin and small coffee midway through a long bike ride. I wish they had a bike rack by the brook but I was able to chain up on a signpost out front.

Not the best experience here. Very confused/disorganized staff, not a stellar sandwich, forgot to give me my bakery item I paid for etc. one of the sandwiches came with avocado and there was next to none on it. It's an expensive sandwich so they shouldn't skimp on that stuff. They were nice when I showed them and gave me more but one of the staff said in front of me that the kitchen skimps on stuff like this all the time. While it was a lovely setting and the food tasted good it was overpriced and I don't plan on going back.

This is my go to spot for sandwiches and bread. I am a huge fan of the #3 and my special friend loves the #15. I would recommend ordering off their menu with no substitutions. If you order your own messed up sandwich that s on you! Also, make sure you check your order when you pick it up! Mistakes happen, if you let them know it s not a big deal. Other than that the bread is obviously great and incredibly well priced. Muffins and scones are also great. My mom is obsessed with the scones and I fairly certain she is convinced they have magical powers. I also once got granola there and it was great. Not sure why I haven t gotten it again but It never seems like the right move when I am there. I ll have to reevaluate the granola situation next time I am there. Also the free library they have going is cool. Proud to say I took, read and then put back a book from there. It was The Wisdom Of Crowds by James Surowiecki. Also the french bread is my favorite bread they have. It s incredibly versatile and never disappoints.

Their bakery goods are superb. Sandwiches and teas are excellent. Favorite is chicken curry sandwhich. In good weather, there is a deck by a stream. There is ample parking in the back where you cross a cute little bridge over the stream to get to the deck area.

This bakery is amazing. Their croissants are flakey and soft, their cheese cake is to die for, their breads are always fresh and well made, and their espresso is on point. I would go out of my way to go here and grab stuff for a party. The atmosphere is a laid back casual Cafe vibe and the staff is super friendly. This place is a gem!!!

Surprising disappointing given all the positive reviews. Brought two friends both well known for their flexibility in dining anywhere and eating anything. All three of us were very disappointed in the sandwiches, the ingredients, and the taste. I suggest we give the place a second chance but both my companions declined the opportunity.

This is a rustic not chic coffee shop that is really like the back of a bakery they do have an excellent variety of pastries and breads but the coffee shop itself is dark and nearly dreary because of the dense trees outside. You must go to it passt a gas station and parking lot into an old manufacturing building. Nevertheless I had a great pastry and coffee today.

A longtime fan of their bread, I was excited to try their sandwiches as I had imagined them to be fresh and delicious. Which they are. During lunch hours Nashoba Brook Bakery can get a little cramped as the inside area isn't large. Additionally, the line starts further into the restaurant which can be hard to discern if you are a first-timer. Especially when it is crowded and you see a bunch of people standing in line as soon as you walk in. However, it is worth the trouble. The crispiness and depth of the bread compliment the freshness of the fillings. The atmosphere is city-like but people respect each other's space and no one can be heard screaming to get a word to another. All-in-all, another home run food location for the town of Concord and a go-to lunch destination.

This place use to be one of my favs but unfortunately is on the decline. The staff here especially on the register are always grumpy and irritable if you ask them a question and always seem on edge no matter who it is. The food is not good anymore and their breakfast choices are so minimal now it feels like I am eating leftover old bread with an egg on top. I hope that this place gets their act together soon otherwise I won t be coming here again.

The sandwiches here are so good. The bread is baked on site and you can tell the ingredients are local. Easy to park and there is some outdoor seating in the back that is next to the stream. Be prepared to get coffee, something to eat and dessert. The cupcakes are amazing.

When I was young, my uncle from San Francisco would come to visit once a year or so. He always brought loaves of that city's famed sourdough bread to share with my family. The sourdough bread at Nashoba Brook means I don't have to wait for those rare occasions anymore. Highly recommended.

Why didn't I know about this place sooner? This bakery EXCELS when it comes to bread. They have an array of breads from the usual suspects like sourdough and multigrain to rotational offerings like pepperjack cheese bread and rosemary garlic bread. I got the pepperjack cheese bread and it was absolutely excellent. The next time I go I will be sure to visit on a day that they have the rosemary garlic bread (some of the bread offerings rotate so you may want to check in advance before you go if you have your heart set on a particular loaf!)

I grabbed a peanut butter cookie and a chocolate peanut butter latte to go along with the bread. The peanut butter cookie was amongst the best I've ever had. Perfectly chewy with bits of peanuts and melt-in-your-mouth goodness. The latte was so-so. I don't normally get peanut butter in my drinks so I'd go for a different beverage next time.

They have seating indoors and outdoors that overlooks a small river. Some people were enjoying their coffees and pastries outside and in a socially distant way. I'm not comfortable with that yet, but once more people receive their COVID vaccines I would love to be able to enjoy their outdoor space.

Friendly staff, fantastic bread prices, quick service, lots to look at inside, and delicious baked goods, sandwiches, and coffees. Never knew this place was here, but so glad we stumbled upon it. We'll definitely be back!

I like finding hidden gems, and this place is definitely hidden. Took a little bit to actually find, as there are no signs just a giant 152 on the building, so pay attention. It was rather busy with what seemed like regulars. Sandwiches seem pretty pricey for the amount of food you actually get, but that is norm these days. Definitely not a destination spot, but if I'm in the area again it will be on the list of possiblities.

Hidden gem. Reasonable prices and VERY FRESH bread. Only thing that stinks are the table hoggers with their laptops in the middle of the lunch and breakfast rush.( They have now put signs up and switched the tables around to stop aomw of the table hogging.) Thanks!

This place is set back with no signage so it's easy to miss (as I have gone by it for about 3 yrs without noticing it) in the building behind the gas station, but the breakfast sandwiches were amazing, and they come with home fries and fruit. We also tried some of the baked goods and the croissant dough was excellent, golden, flakey and buttery. We will defiantly be back here.

This is a 5-star local bakery that is definitely worth the visit! But I have to ping them a tiny bit for a challenging parking lot with massive potholes and sometimes inconsistent service. They're always friendly and warm, but frequently get the orders wrong. Just make sure you get and check your receipt.
