I've been a virtual client of clearlake since 2011, the staff has been exceptional in helping me with whatever it is I need. Marcie, Maddie, Lynn and the rest of the team consistently go out of their way with whatever I need including last minute and weekend meetings. The one major thing this building has going for it is PARKING plenty of it. Lynn and Jen frequently receive compliments for their warm and cordial greetings when my clients arrive....

This is a very nice and clean place with a good number of offices and such. The parking lot was in good shape and the walkways were wide to handle a lot of traffic. All of the offices were marked and there was even a directory in the lobby to help guide you. This is a very nice place.
