This is, by far, the best of the Dunn Bros in town. It's the only one open past 7pm, and it is much larger than the other I go to. They make good drinks that are less sweet than the competitors. Best of all, they roast their own coffee and have lots of varieties.

Been going to this Dunn Brothers for many years. They recently renovated to make the space bigger and combine the kitchens with the "Zumbro River Cafe." I like this change because it gives patrons more space to sit and if I am working on homework I can usually find a quiet spot. Food is always great the the coffee beans are roasted on site.

First off, be leery of good reviews if you're not from Minnesota. I've found people (locals) here five-star everything, even when it's not good food... and the coffee at Dunn Bros is absolutely NOT good. I paid $6 for a cappuccino that had a sour, burnt aftertaste. When it tastes like that, it means the water temperature is too hot for the beans. Second, I ordered online 25 minutes in advance and the coffee still wasn't ready when I got there. They only started making it when I asked for a refund. Go to Caribou Coffee instead.

After visiting other Dunn Brother locations in other cities, I have to say that Rochester has the best. This particular Dunn Brothers is my absolute favorite. The Carmel macchiato is perfect and their turkey BLT with tomato soup is a perfect lunch.

I love this specific dunn bros. It's the only one in MN with a full service restaurant inside and an extensive menu and the food there is GOOD. My favorite breakfast spot in Rochester. My favorite breakfast sandwich ever. Pancakes are awesome! The staff is amazing and the owners are the friendliest people you could meet. I studied here all summer one year. A lot of seating and outlets. Just a cozy place. Great for meeting people.

Always a good visit when going to get coffee from Dunn brothers. I also had some soup from the adjoining deli and the soup was delicious. I'd definitely recommend coming here. The cashier was also friendly, I appreciated that.

There's every other Dunn Brothers, and then there's this one. This location is merged with the Zumbro Cafe so there's a full breakfast and lunch menu. Oh, and it's also a gallery for a local photographer. This is where the locals go for breakfast.

I used to really enjoy this coffee shop for studying and enjoying a nice cup of coffee. However, the last handful of times I have gone, the wifi was either not working at all or extremely slow. The soup is very tasty, but was cold by the time it got to me.

Because all they care about is a staff they don't get the real story about the customers and all they care about is themselves I do not recommend this place go to he's a caribou or St James coffee or Steam avoid Dunn Brothers all of them

This is a great spot to work, converse, read, lunch, breakfast, or sip a cup quietly. Coffee is good, wish they had a few more pastries to choose from.
Well managed, pleasant and warm. Lunch and breakfast kitchen is great.

I've been going here 1-2 a week for about 2 years now. Unlike other reviewers, I've found the owner to be pleasant and approachable. She recognizes me and ask me how I'm doing. I've never received rude service from anyone here and I am usually using a credit card so there is no tipping involved. The couches and fireplace are probably the best of all the coffee shops in Rochester if you are looking to lounge and read a book.

The drawback of this place is that it is often crowded and the booths (which are wonderful and outlet equipped) are reserved for parties of two or more. That leaves either the open area up front with no outlets or the cramped dungeon at the back of the store with electricity available. It is so cramped back there that it feels socially awkward, like standing in an elevator. Because of the seating situation there have been times I've simply had to go somewhere else.
