Narragansett Bay Insurance Company Review

Scott and Mladen were great. We had a broken water pipe and water that had seeped in under our hardwood floors. They responded quickly and knew exactly what to do to. They quickly determined what was needed and had all the right equipment with them to start drying out the floor and the wall. Throughout the whole process they kept us informed of what was needed and what they were going to do.
They were able to completely dry out the floor and the wall that had gotten wet. Thanks to them, the only repairs needed will be some sanding, refinishing and painting.

Unfortunately, I had three water damage claims in five years. But each time Narragansett quicky sent out a emergency cleanup crew with vaccumes, blowers and dehumidifiers, etc. Justin has been my point person each time and he is amazing. He sets everything up, checks everything, rechecks everything, continually follows up with me. He even helps with the claims process to make sure everything goes smoothly. I would give him 10 Stars if I could. The whole team at Narragansett Bay has been amazing every time. Now hopefully there will be no more water damage in the future!

We had a bit of an emergency with our house as a pipe was not connected correctly leading to a large leak from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs bathroom. Edgar, the response technician, was there promptly when we placed the claim and was very responsive when we had a question. Also, Jonathan, the claims examiner, was very forthright throughout the claims process.

Raised my rate by 70% over the course of 5 years! Shop your home owners insurance! I was able to cut my rate in half by switching to a better and more reputable company.

Overly expensive. Terrible customer service. My home owners rate has almost tripled in the last 5 years. Not one claim

I had a claim from these guys recently and Justin was assigned to my claim. Justin is the one who with a few others sees overall New Jersey. He's the best guy. He's helped me a lot to go through the claim process and also resolved my another issue in the claim. He a helping and friendly guy who always guides you better and gives you correct information.

Narragansett Bay customer service opened my claim quickly and dispatched mitigation quickly. Edgar Amaya arrived and within a short period of time assessed the situation,set up drying equipment and calmed my nerves. He stayed in touch and communicated each step of the way with me. Hopefully it will be just as smooth with the adjuster.

After many years of owning a policy we were kicked to the curb due to ONE claim. Our neighbor's dog got in OUR yard and my large dogs hurt the little guy. We received a letter stating our dogs bite and frequently escape the yard. They are hound dogs and have NEVER bit a human even when one explores the neighbor. Shame on you! If you own dogs DO NOT use this insurance company!

I was due to use them - they took one look at my mixed breeze dogs ( lab and then a patterdale boxer) and said they were dropping me because they looked like pit.

Even if they were put- breeds don t determine a dogs docileness. Small dogs can be aggressive it s all in training.

Had they asked for documents on on their temperament - or my vet opinion on their docileness they would see my dogs are much more well behaved than someone with 3 chihuahuas.
