The hospital campus is very big and the hospital is well maintained. But, the lab tests are costly, consultation charges are higher and doctors prescribe unnecessary tests.

Our personal experience was not good. My wife went to this hospital for hepatitis C check. The gastroenterologist doctor asked us to do multiple tests (including hepatitis B test which was not necessary). Ideally, if the preliminary test gives negative result, further tests are not required. But the doctor insisted to do all of those at once. In the hospital lab, those would have costed over Rs. 33,000. Then after another discussion, the doctor asked us to do the preliminary only and no virus was found. The hospital lab asked higher charges (around 13,000) for those preliminary tests (AMOEBIC SEROLOGY & HCV RNA) which we had got it done in Rs. 10,000.

I am not saying that the hospital or the doctors are bad. But, be little careful and go for a second opinion if you have any doubts.
