Worked with Patrick Anthon. Took a long time getting back to us and after sitting on it for a while we decided that the location wasn't a good fit for us, but said open to looking at another location that wasn't so close to our present. He sent back a nasty email starting out with "ARE YOU KIDDING ME" - will not work with him again and it is not a good look on the company!

I had posted a review and Terry (CEO) responded within two days on both the review and email via Linked In. She did research on the situation and was able to get back with me that it was not their company, but a property management company that was non-responsive and very unprofessional. Terry definitely takes pride in her company and staff, and very sincere on getting to the root of the problem/concern that I had. Thank you Terry !
