Located on the Hanger Lane Gyratory, good access for the city

A great, comfortable hotel in the outskirts of London. Located just over the road from Hanger Lane tube station, this hotel is very easy to get to and central London is approximately 20 minutes away on the central line.

My allocated club room was spacious and felt like a mini suite with good sized bathroom and plenty of space in front of the bed and separate area by the fridge. Room was clean and relatively quiet albeit there is traffic sound from the busy road outside but it's not bad enough to prevent sleep or watch TV so easily ignored.

My room rate gave me access to the club lounge; during the evening drinks and a small selection of canapes were available. A good selection of drinks and the rose wine tasted good. However, the lounge is very small with not much seating soace and felt crowded with only 7 other people in there. The canapes were also in short supply and there wasn't much of a selection.

The hotel looks dated compared to other newer Crowne Plaza properties in London and the UK. However, the price good value for a London hotel with such a short walk from a tube station. I'd recommend to anyone willing to stay away from the busier centre and thus get more room and amenities over location.

I have stayed here for couple of times. All I can say that this is the best hotel around hanger lane, price is reasonable, the rooms are perfect and the breakfasts is nice.

The hotel made mistake on my receipt, so I asked them to send me the correct one, still it became an issue, so in the end the hotel called me and gave me free points to be used as free accommodation. So this shows how the professional company should be. Go there and enjoy :)

A good hotel. High operational standards with excellent transport links. Close to the tube for quick and easy access to the capital.

Very professional and friendly staff in reception. Room service is excellent and professional. Restaurant has a variety of options available (I enjoyed my breakfast at there restaurant every morning). Restaurant staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel location in front of Hanger Lane Station of Central line. Very quiet place to stay. (Note: if you are coming from Heathrow Airport you will should change from Piccadilly Line to central, or use Piccadilly Line to Park Royal station and talk a bus).. In general the place is excellent but I did not noticed a near-by sightseeing.

Service is just ok, specially for Muslim community who are fasting. Although they provide Sahoor and Iftar but not good quality and quantity and often provide very late. Have to call repeatedly to get things done.
