Professional Villa Management in Bali... Always give the best services to the guests...
The villas collection are superb

Rubbish. They profess to be the management company in charge of the villa we had booked. The sub agent filed for liquidation and took 5 grand of our money. Nagisa have responded with a 20% reduction on future bookings..... Dreadful situation and a ridiculous notion to assume we would ever want anything to do with such a business ever again. Be warned people, you too could lose money regardless of how a response to this review may be contorted.

A huge thanks to Nagisa Bali for an awesome stay from start to finish!
They answered all of my queries regarding the booking process and my questions in a speedy and polite manner.
The villa was awesome and the whole family had a ball and were catered for.
Staff cooked us a lovely breakfast each morning and was always willing to help and offer advice and assistance when we asked.
Taking into account the price, the facilities and the friendly service we would definitely stay here again!!!

How could this villa been overrated before??
Me and my friends booked this villa for 5d4n and since first day there s minor problem but then grows like cancer into the worst.
From the TV, then Wi-Fi, and the worst part is electricity shut down!
Another worst part is, the management didn t know about this.

Long story short, on 2nd night, electricity was shutted down on 3pmwe were leaving for an event until 3 am and still WITH NO ELECTRICITY!
We are cooking for late night food, the burner found broken as well.
3pm, exhausted, can t get any shower, starving, craving for sleep.
Far far away from villa living, especially in Bali.

Thanks for an emergency light given by housekeeper!
At least we know that thing works properly here.
