NAEGELI REPORTING

ON JULY 30, 2025, I CONTRACTED WITH FLORIDA'S NAEGELI REPORTING FOR A 2 HOURS MEDIATION. NAEGELI COORDINATOR REQUESTED A DEPOSIT IN ADVANCED FOR 4 HOURS REPORTING, WHICH IS A TOTAL OF $2200 AND I PAID IT INMEDIATELLY. COUPLE HOURS LATER, LAST MINUTE, WHEN PREPARING TO START THE MEDIATION, THE MEDIATOR DID NOT ALLOWED THE COURT REPORTER, WHICH WAS AN UNPLEASANT SURPRISE BECAUSE THE MEDIATOR DID NOT HAVE SUCH PROHIBITION IN HIS BUSINESS CLAUSES. NAEGELI REPORTING HAD NOT ENTERED THE ZOOM MEETING. I CONTACTED NAEGEL COORDINATOR BY TELEPHONE, SHE EXPLAINED THEY WERE KEEPING $900 FROM THE RETAINER I HAD DEPOSITED EARLIER THAT MORNING AND THE REMAINDER MONEYS WERE TO BE RETURNED TO ME, HOWEVER A WHOLE MONTH WENT BY AND NAEGELI REPORTING BUSINESS HAVE NOT RETURNED THE MONEYS AS THEY PROMISED. WHY WOULD A REPUTABLE COURT REPORTING COMPANY LIKE NAEGELI COURT REPORTING WOULD NEED TO LIE AND TAKE THEIR CLIENT'S MONEYS???
