I've called for a week straight they never answer the phone. Don't waste your time calling its just going to ring

Lies all lies and these comments must be fake only one was true; when the person commented how rude they where, not that's the truth. These other comments must be rigged. Don't do nothing for the community but make you think you're crazy or they don't have fund's to support some cases; that's what they say. And they really don't deserve one !!! But I think you have to give a star to leave your comment.

Had some legal issues and was given helpful advice.

They are controlled by the government. My son was killed by a constable from precinct 5 houston texas and showed up was all they done. Personally i think they are a spy for insider info so the defense can begin. They arent for our people just about as good as a church when it comes to chaging things concerning the government. Hoax i repeat hoax.

While visiting the office in support of a friend facing discrimination, I was witness to the regional director Yolanda Smith berating an employee in full view of myself and other petitioners. She seemed, arrogant, confrontational and very disrespectful to the employee to the point where I felt so uncomfortable that I stepped outside. As did others.
When coming to the NAACP to combat discrimination and mistreatment, the last thing you would expect to see in full view is the very thing your fighting against. Not a good look. And I'm not impressed. A wrong anywhere is a wrong everywhere.

The NAACP Houston has community centered initiatives to build the black economy in Houston. It's exciting being a part of this organization.

The SMAART incubator was a great place to get information, share information, and just be amongst like minded people. I enjoyed my first meeting and plan to go to the next one.

Open door for learning opportunities and volunteering for the local community

Great place,very encouraging for the community. They have SMAART meeting,best place for young entrepreneurs.
