Love Braggs, hard to get ahold of anyone now a days,we work a hour and a hlaf away and not being able to check availability of tools on the phone had made it so we have to shop big box stores.

Didn't find the exact fitting that I wanted but I did get a coupler/adapter to make it work. Still satisfied.

Ordered some sawmill blades from this place, they said "Oh they will be done tonight or early tomorrow morning" I thought that was great because I really needed them to finish up the order I had to get out on a Wendsday. Waited 2 days after I ordered them and They never called to tell me they were done so I called them to see what was up. They couldn't even find the order to start with then once they found it they said "Oh ya no that wont be done any time soon, a bigger order came in and we put yours on the back burner" so long story short this place is all about the money and not doing what they say. Can't be trusted.I do quite a lot of business with this place but I'll be going else where from now on. Sense I can't comment back on the owners post, thats not what your employe told me? Funny how things change online. Because they clearly told me my order was "put on the back burner" because of a bigger order.

They had everything that I wanted but an 18mm deep impact socket, 1/2 inch drive.

NH Bragg recently helped me with a question on the phone about a compressor I'd purchased. They didn't have to help me. I hadn't bought it there and didn't need it repaired. They were very patient and helpful and generous with there time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable assistance with tools. Thanks again!

Fine customer service via phone but poor customer service in person. Numerous items in store have missing/mislabeled price tags. I take my business to Paris Farmers Union in Newport now.

Terrible service. Can not locate there inventory. Claimed they have things in stock that they dont. Very disorganized. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
