I'm running their catless downpipes with a stage 2+ tune from Active and I'm impressed by the performance and affordablility!! Active Autowerke was the best choice to supply the performance parts for my E70 X5M.
I will never go to another Active Autowerke. Had the best experience here. Car rental is on site and they help book the car. I never had to talk to the insurance company they did everything. And they sent updates every couple of days. Easy to talk to and professional.

Made my husband and I feel very welcomed and confident in the services we were receiving. They really did exceed my expectations. We had taken our Beamer to Euromotive Performance to have some work done but were treated horribly. Not to mention the parts they replaced they put backwards and left many things under the hood loose which were found here at AA. Scrappy took great care of our car! Shout out to Andrew and the worker who went out of their way to hook it up with and AA license plate ! Got an AA gen 2 muffler with the software tune, beautiful piece and the car sounds and runs amazing now !

This place is the best as it gets! If you like mechanics who like to always pester you with possible outcomes or issues, this place is not for you. I went there, asked Peter for how much he'd do this repair for, he took a quick look, quoted me and explained to me what he would need to do.
So the reason I gave a 4 as opposed to a 5 is because I didn t actually get any work done from here but .... I called and spoke to Nick regarding possibly tuning my Bimmer and some issues that I was having and he took his time explaining to me how everything works and even suggested me looking into mechanic issues I may be having as opposed to trying to sell me into having this shop diagnose and tune. Very very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous.
First mechanic I ve spoken to who took the time to help me out over the phone without trying to sell me something. Service is a huge thing for me (obviously). Keep it up guys, I will definitely recommend to others and someday when I m ready I will get a tune and some work from here.
