I wanted a tattoo that I had in mind. After going to a couple of other tattoo shops to get a consultation, I was left feeling unimpressed. DJ at Mystic Image Tattoo Co. was amazing. He was helpful and created and tattooed a perfect tattoo. I highly recommend!
Called ahead for a nose piercing replacement and they said yea no problem. I walked in and they said we only have red and green, go to nirvana and buy one and come back I ended up going to artistic design instead (would recommend them.) Nirvana only sells low quality, lead filled jewelry. Artistic design said they would never recommend buying jewelry from a place like Nirvana. Makes sense, because they are much more professional and customer-service oriented.
I have had my nose and septum pierced here. Both times were great and they were supportive when I cried when I got my septum pierced cause it didn't want to go through haha. I got a tattoo there today from Phillip and it looks amazing! I don't normally do color tattoos, but it turned out great! I can't wait to get back to get another.
I adore the tattoo artist my siblings and i got! We were walk ins and within two hours we had our dragon themed line-work tattoos and i love them! This guy had awesome vibes about him and made us all giggle. DJ was the best! Thank you sooo much!
Customer service was A1. The artist was extremely helpful and did an amazing job on my tat. Will definitely be returning here for all future tattoos. Really clean environment and super relaxed.
Went in wanting a daith piercing but the lady told me she didn t feel comfortable doing it so she ended up giving me an industrial piercing. When it came to her actually piercing my ear she didn t give me a countdown or asked if I was ready. She just went for it. I have 8 piercings done prior and never had someone not do one or the other. Fast forward a couples of months and I m getting dressed. I pull my shirt over my head and go to the bathroom to find my bar hanging by the furthest hole. She didn t pierce the second hole far enough in my ear so it tore through my skin. I m very disappointed and will not be coming back. Wouldn t recommend.

My husband and I had appointments with Adam. I scheduled with him outside the shop (I m sure that s annoying to him, sorry Adam!) but he was very responsive and made our available time work. Front desk was easy to deal with and fast. I appreciate them supplying an ATM since they re cash only, that was a time saver and super convenient. While we waited I saw the other artists and the piercer work with their clients, everyone was professional, kind and listened to the customer. The shop was clean and calm even though they were clearly busy. Our tattoos turned out great. Adam gave us very honest detailed care instructions, let us know how things would heal, sent bandage supplies and gave us his suggestion for touch ups if needed (due to location). Love it! We will be back!
My best piercing experience by far has been with Jennifer! She pierced my nipples about a month and a half ago, I was pretty nervous but she was comforting and made me feel at ease. She was also very professional and super quick with the piercing process itself which i appreciated. I went back to get longer jewelry today and she changed it out for me so quickly. Definitely recommend Jennifer for piercings she is awesome!
I'm not sure who my artist was, but I remember her being female. Regardless, my friend brought me here to get small tattoos together and we were welcomed with open arms on late notice and got some really cool tattoos. I would definitely go here again!
I was referred here for a piercing by not just one but two different friends and I couldn t be happier. The shop was clean, I was greeted immediately and regardless of one person being ahead of me... I waited maybe 5 minutes. Jennifer was so genuine and easy going, she is amazing at what she does. Before I could even prepare myself, she was done and everything went so smooth. Almost all my prior piercings have rejected and this time I ve had zero issues. 10/10 recommend!
