I would never hire again...ever. I contracted them...
I would never hire again...ever. I contracted them to service my residential AC. When they first came out they did not have all the parts. Next time they fixed it, supposedly. Three weeks later water leaked everywhere, including my downstairs neighbor's apartment. They fixed it, but it was a headache to deal with. Throughout this whole thing I have been getting notices saying that I have an outstanding balance of $500 due. I haven't paid it because I talked to them on the phone and gave them my credit card number to pay for it soon after the service. Now, I received a letter stating that they will be turning it over to the attorney. I called my card company and they mention that the card was never charged. I could possibly have lowered my credit score simply because the lady forgot to run my card. I have and will pay, but if everyone would just understand, the amount of my time that I have invested or wasted with this company would compensate that $500 and they would have an outstanding balance of at least $500. Go ahead, if you don't believe me, hire them!
This is, if not the one, one of the worst companies that I have ever used. They are professionals in disguise. Don't call them!
